When my beloved cat Onyx passed at home after an illness this past Sunday Britt was available to meet with me and assist me with all of his arrangements. His ashes were returned to me the following afternoon along with a beautiful wooden urn engraved for my daughter’s dog that had passed in January. Britt and the staff made the passing of Onyx easier for my family. There are no words to express how grateful I am that Devoted Pets was there when my family needed them.

Trust me, this is not a review that I am happy writing.
I just lost China, my friend of 17 years and Britt helped at the most difficult of times. She was understanding, conscientious and most of all empathetic. I couldn’t think of a better person to trust to handle the last details for my princess with dignity and respect.
Britt I thank you from the bottom of my aching heart for your help.
