When I began looking at properties, I was honestly unsure about how the process in locating, viewing, and purchasing worked. I can say that Raquel has been such a great help and resource in educating me and assisting me throughout this process. You judge for yourself. Verbally accepts a bid, sits on it for several days, accepts the bid by email and phone with a few minor exceptions. Provide the counter with total acquiescence to the requests within an hour of receiving the request, then sits on it another day just to come back at the end and say «sorry, have a better offer.»
If you are looking to purchase a home that he’s representing, I recommend not taking anything he says, or emails as something that can be relied on. Require legally binding documentation on everything. If he’s «on vacation» or can’t reach his customers. just save yourself the trouble and walk away.

Make sure you ask for Liz or Rod Kelley! We have worked with them for the last 9 months and have been wonderful. They have lived in Houston for many years and know the Memorial/​Katy area very well.
