This was not my first time in the store but it was the best time. I was approached immediately by a sales rep. as I walked in the door. Sharon stuck with me and was sweet, patient and knowledgeable. She helped me choose the right phone for my needs and budget. In spite of my changing mind and indecision, she was professional and very polite to me. Great job getting the highest grade on Unilocal and keep up the good work. I hope she personally gets a pat on the back for this recognition.
