The hotel is clean and newer looking. Friendly staff greeted me and got me into a room even when they were overbooked (being a Platinum member may have had something to do with that though I suppose).
It’s jammed in between some buildings in an odd fashion but if you aren’t there for the view (although on the upper levels, the view can be pretty good). Parking is in a small garage, but even checking in at midnight, there were still spots to be found — just a little higher up. It’s close to the Galleria and all the great eating and shopping options you can handle.
