A classic rip off place, i dropped a pair of pants to be shortened and 5 shirts to be dry cleaned, and the incompetent hipsanic woman that worked over there quoted me 25 dollars and she insisted that i pay later, when i came back to pick up my clothes, i was shocked when i recieved a 36 dollar bill.
i tried to get hold off the owners Andy and Femida but ofcourse they would not take my call at their other location Premier cleaners
I wish you can take matters in your own hand sometimes but we live in a country of laws.

I dropped off my wife’s short waist length jacket on Monday and picked it up on Wednesday. I was flabbergasted at the charge…$ 17.00 for a jacket. I protested that the item was a short waist jacket not an overcoat that I was being charged for, so the clerk said she would check with her supervisor and later that day I received a call saying the charges would stand because the fabric of the jacket warranted it being called an overcoat. The item is a jacket not an overcoat and fabric is cloth.
No customer satisfaction was offered other than hope you come back again. Ha Ha this company will never see me again.

Was in time crunch to dry clean some white pants so decided to try this place. When I picked them up they were still dirty??? I had to ask them to redo it and to top it off, it seemed like they just threw them in the washing machine and dryer… Because they shrunk.
Will not be bringing my dry cleaning here.

Due to the convenience, I dropped off some clothes to test this place out. Womens clothes are a rip off to dry clean normally, but this place I found a bit ridiculous. It was $ 8.99 to dry clean a dress. That’s ridiculous to me. I walked out with a $ 75 bill. I won’t be coming here anymore.
To top it off, I always feel gross and itchy after I leave here. I think they have flees or something. Gross.
