Purchased a living social deal in May and called them immediately to setup my car service which was three months out. Was told to email them at
with the details and they would confirm as they were getting several requests that day. Fast forward one month before the car service and I call them to confirm but they stated that they have been booked for the specific date months out. Why would you tell me to send an email if they were already booked up?
Tried to get a refund through Living Social but was denied.
Good luck if you use this company.

Bought a Groupon. My mother having used the service before (and being very pleased with it), I knew the best way to solidify a reservation was to send an email. Emailed them and fairly quickly got a confirmation. The owner himself picked me and my friend up to go to Hobby Airport. He got there early, dropped us off with plenty of time to spare, and we had a pleasant conversation! No fuss situation. Very pleased. Will definitely use this company again.

I bought a Living Social deal for Cornerstone a few months ago and tried to use it 3 times — they never have any availability. I usually try to book a car service for work 2 or 3 weeks in advance. I asked the representative on the phone how far in advance I should try to book and she told me 2 months. In my opinion, that is not a reasonable amount of time to book a car, especially with how often flights and travel plans change.
Skip the hassle of dealing with these guys and call a cab the day before. They, at least, will be available.

My husband booked his connecting flight out of Houston not realizing that there were 2 airports! In a panic, I called Cornerstone and Luis was able to find a driver, send over a black car, and drop him off all in less than 90 min (I’ve driven in Houston traffic before so this is nothing short of a miracle). The hubby made it in plenty of time to make his connection and raved about how friendly the driver was. The rates were pretty reasonable compared to some of the other quick google searches that I did. It also beat trying to find a shared shuttle that would have been a gamble for time. I hope to use them again if I’m ever in the area and want to ride in style on short notice!

Good luck getting a reservation! We have called on a few occasions and they are «not available». The girl that works there needs to brush up on her customer service skills.

I bought this on Groupon and was not expecting much, frankly. However, the lady I spoke with was very helpful and quite clearly directed me to their website to finalize my reservation. (making this clear as one reviewer was displeased in not having a confirmation or service because she clearly did not follow the concise instructions). Immediately after I submitted the online form I received a confirmation email.
Our driver was twenty minutes early, friendly as can be, elegantly attired and exceedingly helpful. Our trip to the airport was smooth, I eventful and flew by. I can not speak highly enough of the service, driver and the Town Car itself was immaculate and beautiful.
All in all a PERFECT experience. We will always use Cornerstone in the future and besides having a great deal from Groupon, they earned repeat customers ANDi will refer everyone I know to them.

Got introduced to Cornerstone Limo via Living Social. We’ve used them for roundtrip service to IAH from Heights. Staff was punctual courteous and friendly, the driver showed up about 15 minutes before scheduled time, the car was clean and the ride was extremely smooth in a newer model Chevy Tahoe. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, just email the pertinent info and you’re good to go. Highly recommended.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. They took our reservation along with a paid certificate. When calling for confirmation the next day we were told that since we hadn’t sent an email that there was no reservation. And they would not accommodate us. We were never told that we needed to send an email and that reservations were only taken by email. What kind of limo company could have this policy? And why would they take all of our information on the phone along with a certificate number? My 86 and 76 year old parents were left stranded at the airport.
Customer service was abysmal. When asked to speak to a manager we were first told that he would be in within an hour. When I did not receive a call back I called and was told that he would be in meetings all morning. I then said, «You aren’t going to let me speak to him are you?» and she said that was correct.
These people are crooks. They took our money and then refused to provide a service. DON’T USE THEM.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Cornerstone. They confirmed my service promptly, the driver was courteous and professional in every way. I felt they went out of their way to make the experience pleasant and convenient for me. I will definitely use them again!
