If you live in Cypress/Copperfield area, never take your vehicles to Goodyear Copperfield tire and auto at 8303 Hwy6 N Houston Tx 77095. I brought my car in for new tires, they cracked my front bumper in half instead and refused to pay for the damages. Blamed it on my car when his employee drove the car and happened in the shop. I brought the estimate from a body shop to him and he sent me to his«buddy» body shop cause he thought he could get a lower quote but did not and still refused to pay even half of it. I came in just for a simple job and they stiffed me with a $ 1700 worth of damages. Bad business=No business He even told me the stories of other customers that he screwed over when he was trying to prove his point why he shouldn’t pay for the damages. I guess I was not the only or first one they done this to. Please share and let your family and friends know before it happens to them.

This people damaged the front of my friends car and said they don’t take responsibility for damages to a car while in their garage. Don’t do business with them…

I just left Goodyear at Main and Teel in Frisco. I just got a oil change and Tires rotated(Road hazzard) free of course since I payed for it, purchasing our vehicles tires there… it only took over 4 hours which I overlooked… and the new service manager named(Gardner/Manager …charged me an extra $ 15 including tax for an extra half quart of their overprice synthetic oil. When I called to ask why the oil change was so high his simple reply was he had to put that extra quart in and had to pass it on to me as it was what is required… of course he seemed unsympathetic… Are you kidding an extra quart… I explained to him that I have spent thousands of dollars for repair and maintenance on our vehicles since the opening of that store in spring of 2006… and your going to pass on the additional expense for a half a quart of oil… wow…unbelievable…I never had an issue with paying what I owed but I guess $ 15 dollars was worth losing me as a customer to his competition… Gardner the manager then says… WELL… reluctantly I have the authority to recind the extra cost of th half quart… No Thanks Gardner… wouldnt want you to break protocol on a loyale customer who has spent thousands on repair work… I only have to say they really failed the test on just absorbing the cost of a half a quart oil to lose a loyale customer,… I guess the previous manager(Elvis) and others before him didnt sweat on passing that extra cost on to me or others… and thats my fault, As my Business wife said this afternoon when she went to pick up the vehicle, they are going to lose alot of business due to their lack of customer relationship with the paying customer… They will not see me or my immediate family and vehicles anytime soon.

These guys reminded me of my friends’ fathers growing up: trustworthy, down-to-earth, and always willing to give advice – on how to maximize the life of my tires. They are willing to match prices and will to get the job done quickly.

I’m naturally untrusting of auto shops(bad, bad past experiences!), but I recently needed some new tires. I had been dreading it… but I couldn’t so I gave this place a shot. I was very happy with the service! They didn’t try to sell me expensive things, they didn’t try to make me feel stupid, and they got it done in one day. I really appreciate the work these guys did! :)
