I had a great experience, got me a laptop and was able to finance on it and my sales man was pretty nice and informative. I’ll becoming back to get a TV in the near future

I am COMPLETELYDISSATISFIED with the level of service I received at the Westheimer location. I will not recommend anyone to visit this location. The sales rep that assisted me Richard he was not knowledgable about any of the products we went in to purchase nor did he know how to complete my purchase correctly. Mistake after mistake. Definitely needs additional training. The management Raj and Allen also need additional training on customer sensitivity.

Terrible advice and misleading information. They will wrap you up fast and help even with bad credit but are not responsible for any questions you might have missed or information like return policy. I dislike this store very much so

Went to best buy to pick a fridge. no one came over to help us within 10 minutes we decided to go to Conn’s instead while three employees around dancing. Within walking in the door we were greeted and shook hands with one of the employees named Reggie. He helped us pick out a fridge and we were out of the store within 20 minutes and next day delivery. I would definitely come back and might be sooner rather than later because we still need a washer and dryer. If you go here I would recommend Reggie. I can see how some people wouldn’t want to get harassed by an employee to buy something but for someone who is unsure of what to buy these guys definitely try harder since they work on commission.

The worst service ever… Conns TV would not connect to WIFI and conns tech told me to rewire the whole house with LAN cable. really for a $ 1000TV spend $ 1000. 2nd day we tried to return or exchange the TV and was to pay $ 200 restoking fee. Why pay fee for defective product? Conns tech came to house and couldn’t connect the TV to WIFI and said TV is working without the WIFI. I have 7 other WIFI devices working just fine… It sucks to infinite power… I will add the small claims case # later.

Horrible customer service, I have called them several times to get my payment book, never received, they lied to me about price and invoiced the higher price when I went back to get it corrected it I went through the hardest situation to get it resolved, they made it so hard on us when it was their mistake in the first place. They really just care about the sale and what happens after that is not their problem. Go to Rooms to go, instead, or someone who values customers.
