Terrible customer service. One star is a generous assessment. Representative who identified himself as Thomas was very rude to me and questioned my knowledge of what I have requested or who I have contacted on multiple occasions. If you don’t know the name of the person you spoke to(and it was likely him), he will claim that you never called to request service. In fact, even if you say, «I spoke to you,» he will say he has no record of it. He refused to provide direct answers to questions about supplies on order. Even though you can leave a voice mail message, the company does not return calls EVER. You can only reach customer service between 11 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Even if you request notice, they will not call when issues arise and your needed medical supplies are not shipped out as requested, and this happens EVERYMONTH. They will not deal directly with insurance(even though they say they will). In order to resolve issues, you will have to have all the paperwork from the insurance company, including authorizations and copies of payments made to Comfort & Care, sent to you so that you can send them(again) to Comfort & Care. They will always say they have not been paid when they have been, so you have to prove to them that they have been paid before they will ship supplies again. Very poorly run. Tried repeatedly to resolve issues with them from December to April, and finally gave up. Switching supply companies today.
