I called and set up an appointment, even received a reminder call the day before. No one ever showed up. Never received a call about changing the appointment, nothing.

Great teamwork from start to finish. Expert craftsmanship and unusually great customer service ! Very happy with finished glamour closet ! We will be sure to call them again when expanding our needs.

Poor customer service. Didn’t finish the first day (suppose to be a 3hr job). 2nd day called and said can’t make it. 3rd day called end of day saying can’t make it again.
4th day shows up 2 hrs late and are missing parts. Now almost most 2 weeks after starting they are finally finished.
Called office to talk to owner and of course he’s not available.
In all fairness, they did upgrade some shelves after the first missed day. But nothing after the 3rd and fourth day and being 2hrs late.
In the end they took $ 150 off final bill.
Still disappointed.
