We moved here at the end of August of 2015. Brooke was incredibly sweet and really did a wonderful job showing us around. From the outside it looked like a great place and really great customer service… and then we moved in and it has been downhill since moving in. I fear retaliation for posting this review since I still live here but I’ve kept documentation of conversations and even have some recorded. If you are considering this apartment as your home, please look elsewhere. We continue to have a bad experience. We’ve lived in other apartments and have never had such an overall bad experience. Here’s just a little… We paid extra to move in a few days before the month started but the apartment wasn’t ready. They took our money for the extra days and told us hours before picking up the keys that it wouldn’t be ready. We had a moving company moving us and they couldn’t reschedule and also couldn’t refund our money because we didn’t give enough notice to reschedule. Then upon moving in the apartment was dirty, including pubic hair in the tub, dirty carpet, counters in kitchen dirty, cabinets had something that looked like cookie crumbs all in them. A few days after moving in they had to put in new carpet so we had to move everything again. Ok, so the move in was horrible but it continues to get worse. The people above us have constant traffic in and out and are extremely loud. It is 1:40am as I type this review and I’m up because of the noise level. They also smoke marijuana in the bathroom and turn on the fan and it comes through our vent system. Spoke to the assistant manager(who says she is the manager) and she said«this is apartment living.» I have two school age children who are awaken several times per week from the noises and they have to breathe in this illegal drug. They have done nothing at all, not even spoken to the people regarding the noises and illegal drug use but we just need to deal with it. With parking and a two bedroom apartment, we pay over $ 1,500 per month. I would expect this from a cheap apartment but not an apartment that is this amount. The people at the front office rarely answer the phone. We’ve been in the office with the phone ringing and ringing and they don’t answer but then if you come in they are annoyed. Save your heartache and do not pick this as your place of residence.

Lived there when they first opened for a year and a half. I was able to pick where I wanted my apartment to be in the complex so that was nice. I chose the back right building 7 on the 3rd floor. Everything was great when I first moved in… my rent was cheap too! In the $ 800 then by the end almost $ 1000. Once the complex started filling up the parking become limited VERY one time I had to park in the front when I lived in the back not safe. I have a list so let’s just make one on here. Cons: –Loud wood floors you can hear your neighbors –No parking they had to build more. Visitors? Good luck –dog park and playground are a joke –pay more for a pond view? Really –Valet trash they never come on time and one bag? –silverfish are very bad there never seen so many in my life. Since I moved they are gone –Lots of break ins –A key was used to mine and my neighbors apartment on the same day no forced entry. I never gave anyone my spare key. Change your locks for sure. Oh and they took no blame for it. –Water smelled –Gate? Why bother –Parking by the pool? Don’t count on it Pros: –Close to HEB –Had some great neighbors –First to rent my apt so brand new everything –That’s it Don’t believe me? Try living there to find out!
