I had a fairly straight-forward request: exchange some money for some food. I called them to make a take out order. They put me in a queue for 20 min, I was morbitdly curious so I waited for 15 min past the acceptable 5 min(20 min total). If they cannot take an order with 20 min of a call they fail the test of exchanging money for food which is pretty much the definition of a restaurant. To be fair in the past they were capable of accepting call in orders for food.

Lunch yesterday 5÷16÷16 with my Mother and Brother, arrived @ 12:33 I know this because well, I just do! Anyway the bar area was crowded, and they sat us across from the kiosk at the top of the steps. First thing I noticed is a ledge with cleaning supplies dirty towels and smelly buckets. Tables that had not been cleaned. I would have asked to move but my Mother is 82 and didn’t want to «cause a fuss».(rolling my eyes) I ordered a cup of chicken enchilada soup, and the bacon cheeseburger with fries. The soup was way below par, I even checked the menu because they use to put pico de gallo on the top with the tortilla strips and cheddar, there was no pico and that really changed the dish. The broth part of the soup was watery and is suppose to be creamy. The chicken had an odd feel like bad chicken nuggets. I have been making this soup since I found the recipe, and always like to check to see how mine stacks up to the original, and I win! I will not order again. The burger was good, the fries were very good. Service was very slow considering they were not very crowded. It took us 1.5 hours for lunch, and the first hour was waiting for our food, the waiter had an excuse for everything. The last 10 minutes was spent waiting for the check.

Malik was our server and he was the best!!! My husband and I met up for afternoon lunch and picking this chilis was a great choice. The service was very quick, the food was prepared well, and all of our needs were met promptly. I had the Cajun chicken Alfredo and as a picky eater, it hit the spot. My husband ordered a mix fajita and was pleased with his order as well. Will definitely be going back for another afternoon lunch in the near future.

I’ve had mixed experiences here throughout the years. Chili’s isn’t anything spectacular in general, but it’s generally a good spot to grab some casual American food without much trouble. That said, this location could use an upgrade in the service category. This place is not far from an area I’ve lived in, so I used to be here a couple of times a month. While this definitely gives more opportunity for the waiters to get things wrong, they definitely seem to do so more often than most other places. During one visit, they brought out the wrong entrée altogether. On another visit, they got our sides swapped, but thankfully we were able to just transfer between ourselves rather than wait for the waiters to figure out how to fix it. The worst experience had to be my last visit. We had eight people, and were standing around waiting for about 10 minutes before we got seated. One waiter took our drink orders and disappeared. A second waiter took our food orders. A couple of the plates came out mixed up, and the two fish dishes were horribly undercooked. By the time they got the two plates replaced(about 30 minutes later), everyone else was already done eating and we ended up taking those to go. On the plus side, they’ve upgraded the bar and it’s a great place to grab a drink or an appetizer with friends. They’ve also got different coupons going out weekly for a free appetizer or dessert with the purchase of one or two entrees, depending on the week and the promotion they had in mind. On the minus side, the little payment machine at the tables is ridiculously inefficient. If the machine has to tell me to contact a waiter because I’m using a gift card and have to split the payment into two installments, I’d rather skip the machine and go straight to dealing with the waiter.

The F… so, table of 25 of us upstairs, one waitress. Food took over an hour, a lot of it was cold. One woman complained when she noticed a bug in her food — the chef or manager comes up and asks«what chu’ want us to do about it?» … what the F… Comp. the plate next time moron! The last few times I’ve been here is really going down — well, its been going down since the 90’s really — but this is a new low. I’m done with you Chili’s. If you don’t hire competent people, you won’t get to fix all the broken parts of your business starting with simple food delivery to your guests starving patiently in the dang restaurant!

Service was great, food was just your typical chilis food. Nothing too special, but I wasn’t really looking for much in a hurry.

Even though it’s a larger chain restaurant, there really isn’t a bad meal on the menu in terms of flavor. Big menu so there’s a lot of options for everyone. Service is fairly good and it’s never too busy. A good place if you’re not sure what you’re craving.

Meh. Read the other reviews but decided to try a to go order anyway. Place il has a weird setup. Took a bit for the girl at the counter to acknowledge I was there. She was super busy and could jab used some help. Order was correct but if that’s what a «double» steak order in the fajitas looks like now it’s pretty sad. Barely made 2 fajitas. It was a 2 minute drive back to the hotel and the food was ice cold. The cheese for the fajitas? Well there were 5 shreds of cheese in the little plastic container. Not impressive at all. Only here for a quick business trip and it’s safe to say I won’t be back.

I went to Chili’s with my family on Labor Day. Keith was our waiter and he was delightful. The food was average. Chili’s food has always been average to me. We had the triple dipper, fajitas, and burger bite and fries. Service was good. The restaurant was nice and clean. The food is not impressive. Chili’s does change up the menu from time to time which is a great idea to offer more choices.

We came on a random Saturday night. They were busy and short staffed, but Shavon, sat us within 5 minutes. Zach, our waiter, was so nice and friendly even though he hadn’t stopped moving from table to table since we sat down. Them alone get 5 stars.

The food at this location is always good. More importantly, the staff is always really pleasant and patient with my son and his complicated orders. They let us sit near the server bay so he can watch food prep. The manager usually stops by to tell him hello if she’s there. My son and I eat here 2 or 3 times a month, and we’ve never seen anyone eat upstairs. Ive asked about it, and they always get cagey with the answers. I think it might be a special meeting area for the Chili’s Mafia.

I’m going to try and keep this short. We were on our way to the movies; we had about an hour and a half so we stopped at Chili’s to get a pre-movie meal. This Chili’s is #Worst. Entrance: Positive. When we entered the restaurant we were quickly brought to the area where we would be seated. Negative. The area we were to be seated in was filthy. I’m not over exaggerating when I say there was food and plates on every table. I know what you are thinking, of course right? It’s a restaurant, right? But why was there food and trash on the floor? Why was there finger smudges on the little electronic food order things? Red flag. I have to admit that this is the point in our journey where I thought we should leave. No. We are easy going people. I believed in the power of Chili’s. I thought at some point, Chili’s would get their act together. #Wrong I went ahead and sat down at a booth. The hostess said«Oh, this is where you want to sit?» I’m thinking«I don’t know… you led us here didn’t you?» It was the cleanest table space around… wtf kind of question is that? Wake up kid! This is your job, have some pride. Why attempt to seat us in the dirtiest part of the restaurant without trying to clean it up first? Drinks & Wait: So we order drinks. They come. When they come we order food, an appetizer and two entrees. We waited a long time, too long. People who came in 15 minutes after us were already getting entrees when we hadn’t even gotten an appetizer. After having drinks we decided that it would be better to go somewhere else to grab a quick bite to eat because the movie was about to start. Exit & Charge: We pay for the drinks and notify the waitress that it’s been too long. We only wanted to pay for the drinks. We paid for the drinks and left a tip despite the horrible service. The next day I saw a charge for the food too! The food that we waited so long for, did not see, and did not eat. Long story short, after a bunch of back and forth with management and three weeks trying to figure out why Chili’s stole our money, still haven’t resolved the problem. DONOTGOTHERE!

Was not impressed. The front host was rude. Was finally sat by a server. Ordered a margarita because it was happy hour. By far the most watery margarita I’ve ever had. Took forever for us to order our food. There were gnats all over the place and I was surprised I didn’t eat one. Will not go back. Only reason I have it 2 stars was because my chicken was tender and tasted good.

If you come here get served by Keith! He is an awesome waiter and was an excellent server. I will definitely be coming back to this establishment thanks to the great well cooked food and wonderful experience I had.

My go to Chili’s spot here. The food here is great but the service sucks. They come up to you in the beginning but after you get your food, then you’ll never see them around afterwards. The host was rude & he was minding his own business gossiping to a server about the workers. He was very unprofessional and he sat us at one of the tables at the bar when it was dirty and still had the last customers cups & dishes. But I always get the 2 for $ 20 deal, no doubt about it. If you ever had their chocolate molten ice cream cake, order the oreo one it’s not on the menu just asked the server for it. It’s amazing! Just expect horrible service.

I used to come to this Chili’s with friends when I lived in the area and am sad to see this place has definitely gone down hill, especially in terms of service. I came here with friends during a not so busy hour. For no reason at all, it took us quite some time to be seated. We were seated at a not so desirable location and politely asked if there were other vacant areas we could move to. I happened to point to a vacant booth less than five feet from us. The host shrugged his shoulders and told us passive aggressively that if we wanted to «squeeze» into a booth that wouldn’t fit us, we could go right ahead. Really. There is never a need to respond so curtly to a simple request. Especially if we are paying customers! Our waitress took about 15 minutes to come by our table. Her body language told my group and I she cared to spend as little time waiting on us as possible. She wasn’t rude per se, but definitely was not warm. I’m really not sure what happened to this place but god they need to back track and hopefully figure out what they did wrong. Truly disappointed and most likely won’t waste my time here again.

This location is good. The managers actually come talk. The bar staff knows how to make a drink and remembers you each time.(Zack and Joe) awesome! Food is cooked better than most. (The location at hwy 6 and little york needs a few new managers and cooks poor food) So I drive the extra miles to come here!

Came in for a bite and sat in the bar. Got nachos and it was half price for happy hour. Got a couple of margaritas at $ 3.99 a pop. Wish we had a proper happy hour in Anchorage. Man, this is my 500th review. I wish I was paying attention and reviewed something a little more profound than Chili’s.

What can I say it’s Chili’s. It’s not my favorite place to go but hubby really likes their Cajun Chicken Pasta. It’s a chain restaurant and for the most part this location is consistent to other Chili’s locations I have been too. Service was good, food was like I remembered and we had a decent time. It was 5PM on a Saturday. Don’t make fun of us because we eat dinner during the senior citizen time. We both worked really early that day so the entire day’s events get a little fast forwarded. It wasn’t to crazy in the restaurant but we decided to sit in the bar area. Ronnie was our server. He was pleasant and thorough. We ordered drinks and the dinner special 2 for $ 20. It has an appetizer for sharing and 2 entrees. Who can turn down that deal. We live for deals. What can I say it’s a Chili’s.
