It’s been years since I’ve eaten at a Chili’s restaurant. This experience may make me a repeat customer. Food 4⁄5 — There have been significant upgrades to the menu, quality, and overall taste of the food. I ordered a soup and half flatbread pizza lunch special which was absolutely delicious. The soup, loaded baked potato, was served at just the right temp and was a nice-sized portion for lunch. The margarita flatbread had a wonderful citrus/basil drizzle on top that really made the dish. If you are a sweet tea drinker, I highly recommend the mango iced tea. Service 5⁄5 — Our waiter was a gem. He recommended the mango tea and gave helpful details about the menu offerings. Convenience 4⁄5 — Each table has a device that enables customers to pay their bill with a credit or debit card. Genius! You can even split the check. No more waiting to pay your server when short on time.

First time here. Dinner was good. Service was great, and very attentive. I had the mixed fajitas, and my son had the bbq ribs and ancho salmon. My son gave his ribs and fish two thumbs, and said they were very tasty ! My fajitas were great, the citrus chile rice, however, was hard and old. We had the triple berry crumble cake for dessert. It was very good. Other than the hard rice, my margarita was great, food was good… we’ll be back.

I haven’t been their in a while because my past experiences haven’t been great. I decided to give them another shot. I placed an order to go over the phone. They had some special. For 16.99 you get a half rack ribs with side of fries, mini chocolate volcano, small side salad. I ordered an extra half rack on the side as well. I live less than two minutes away. I get home and my fries are half stale the the other half soggy and cold. One of the half racks of ribs was dry and tasteless. The other one was tender and juicy. The lava cake was frozen in the middle! I literally had to throw it in my microwave! I just wonder where they got the fries and that other half rack of ribs? Off someone’s else’s unfinished plate? Not quite sure? It i wasn’t so tired from work I would’ve taken them back and demanded a refund. Soo not worth 20 bucks. I don’t believe in third chances. Won’t be going back.

This location of Chili’s was great when it first opened. Servers were fast, kitchen was on point, everything was running smoothly. Over time, things have just gone downhill at a steady pace. The last 3 times we were there, our food was subpar, not hot, and the server was absolutely horrible. It must be management. Don’t bother with this location. The Westchase location is the same or worse.

Wow it really has been a long time since last time I actually enjoy a good time at Chili’s
Food way below average and service was kind of rude. In all honesty Houston has a lot better option for the price you will pay here.

Took about 10 minutes for the wait staff to come and get our drink order. When we got our food, it was cold.

Probably the worst Chili’s I’ve ever visited. Came here for mother’s day to treat mom to dinner unfortunately. Incredibly slow getting food out of the kitchen, and the restaurant was not that busy at all. Now I know why. There seem to be plenty of employees here, most just seem to be hanging out, not working. Fries not hot, even on reorder. We’re told that’s just how they come out. I love getting lied to by server. All our finished plates just left to sit in front of us, not bussed. Very hard to get any attention from any server, they don’t work as a team here, just take care of their own tables. Needless to say I won’t be coming back.

First off, when we got sat, our booth was dirty! We had to clean the table off ourselves. We came at 4 so it wasn’t even busy to where there should have been dirty tables. We did the 2 for $ 20 deal and ordered the onion rings as appetizer and my first impression was that they unusually dark. I tasted it and it tasted like old oil that hasn’t been replaced! My boyfriend ordered the chicken crispers which weren’t even crispy(in consisted of a weird, smooth batter) and they were also unusually dark as well! I had ordered the steak which was barely even seasoned. I’m so unhappy!!!

Don’t order steaks. I got the combo steak and ribs. Steak looked terrible and undercooked. I ate it anyways. Woke up with the worst stomachache

Walked in and waited for a hostess. No hostess in sight. Finally gave up waiting and went into the bar area. For a Friday night at 7:30 this place was almost completely empty. So after continuing into the bar area, most of the tables had food and empty plates on them so we chose the least dirty. After 10 minutes of waiting in someone else’s filth, we had several severs walk past us and completely avoid eye contact. One even sat at the bar to watch a March Madness game Poor service. Floor covered in old food and maybe 50 used napkins spread across the area along with a variety of straw wrappers and receipts. I can’t imagine how the kitchen looked. I politely notified the bartender as to why we were leaving and everything mentioned above and he could have cared less. Absolutely awful. Now I know why this chilis is always empty. Don’t waste your hard earned money here.

Stopped in the other day for a late lunch. Found a new favorite snack. Spinach & white queso. Wow! The margaritas were pretty nice as well.

basic chili’s establishment. For some reason the best chili’s I’ve had was in Cancun, but this serves as a decent replacement. one con was that I along with my brother found floating objects in our drinks, but whatever.

I ordered the margherita flatbread for $ 7.99, it was warm not hot by the time it was served to me. It’s okay, but I hate the ranch that they drizzle it in. My boyfriend ordered an avocado burger with a black bean patty for $ 9. His fries were COLD. The burger was not put together well as it fell apart within a few bites. Our server, wish I remembered his name, was attentive and nice but you could also tell he was new at the game. He took forever to take orders as he kept getting confused, and also took forever billing us for the same reason(I went with a group and he had to repeatedly ask people what they ordered). He was quite forgetful too. This honestly wasn’t a problem for me. He must have been new at the job, and that’s fine. 2 stars for the food… it was just gross.

I’ve been to this Chili’s location twice now, and both times we’ve had good service and food. Today I ordered the ‘Light’ menu sirloin steak which only has 410 calories, and I was surprised at how tender and tasty it was for a mid-priced chain restaurant. Our servers both times were attentive without hovering, and I like that we can use the Ziosk computer check-out to speed things up. It’s a decent alternative when you want something close by…

I went on Saturday after work since I work right across the street with my family. AMANDA S was so rude and impatient all night long. I asked for a new Margarita because it was not made correctly. She said I should have told her sooner and took the drink upset(I saw she rolled her eyes). Let me make it clear – I want another drink and not one point I asked for a freebie. If I take my family out to eat 4 times a week it is because I can afford it and because I enjoy having dinner where I am treated well. Then, we paid our check but my husband decided to have another Margarita and caught a different server passing by and asked him as the server seemed extremely occupied with the table next to us which was a party of like 9. She looked over to us and said«I have to do that not him» with bad attitude. As it is we were annoyed at the fact our appetizer took 30 minutes and came at almost the same time as our food. Our drinks were not getting refilled and my reorder of soup took longer than ten minutes. If it were not for Cory who apologized after we brought this to his attention when he asked if we were okay I think I would have walked out. I have gone many times to the one on Westheimer(just a couple blocks away from my home) and NEVER have I had such terrible experience. I loved Chili’s because its like the only place it offers unlimited soup and gives me a salad and chips for such a great price – now I honestly think I will go and pay extra at another restaurant to receive utmost service. Just last night I went to Mi pueblito and just because of their service I think I found a new favorite place. Chili’ s should definitely not hire anyone who does not perform well under pressure or at least train on what to do when under pressure. Yes it was Saturday night and it was full but that is not a bad excuse for bad service. After her comment we left. There is no need for us to continue ordering when I am not comfortable at the restaurant at all and I will take my business elsewhere.

On a rainy, full of accidents on the road, kind of day when we are already not having a good day, walk into server/bartender who likes to make smart and sarcastic comments, short and dismissive, want to go vent her problems away to another customer with that a very annoying and loud pitch to her tone… doesn’t help the customer want to relax and eat here for a very late lunch. Location very convenient, but the service not too much. At least not today. When the customer is being nice, happy to finally sit to grab a bite, asking a genuine question, doesn’t mean you can talk down to them; as that server was testing my patience where I can be confrontational to address her unprofessionalism and talk to a manager, I had to ignore her completely rather wasting any time or the energy.

I’ve been here a few times with the most recent being on Mother’s Day. I really like this location. It’s been here for about a year or so, and it’s totally upgraded from the one that used to be located at I-10 and Beltway 8 across from City Center. It’s located on the feeder of I-10 between Dairy Ashford and Kirkwood, so it’s really easy to get to. There’s a huge parking lot, so parking will not be an issue. It’s never been crowded when I visited, and I’ve been on different days during the week and Saturday’s too. The staff has been nothing short of friendly, attentive and on point with everything. They’ve never missed a beat since I’ve been coming here. The décor is very nice and cozy. The bar is stocked with every kind of liquor you thought you wanted to drink. There are several different domestic beers on tap, and bottled beer for those of you who like imported beer. They have added several new items to their menu, which moved them from 4 stars to 5 stars in my book. Fresh avocado is on the appetizer menu for $ 5.79. They bring a bowl of fresh sliced avocado’s and add cilantro, lime juice, and tomatoes(or whatever you desire) and mix it up on the spot for you. There’s an array of healthy choices too. I had the Ancho Salmon, which consists of seared chile rubbed Atlantic salmon topped with cilantro and queso fresco served with chile rice and steamed broccoli. I was very impressed because this meal was absolutely delicious! This is now my new favorite meal at Chili’s. Of course, the oldies but goodies are still there like the baby back ribs. You can never go wrong if you order the ribs. Overall, Chili’s is an old favorite of mine that keeps getting better with time. I’m sure I’ll be back to visit sooner rather than later because it’s a great family place and the price is always right.

New Location off i10 just past dairy ashford. Under staffed and place was packed with no room at the bar and limited seating available on a Sunday of all times. Despite being under staffed and a longer wait time, I had excellent service. A lady next to me waited about 2 – 3 minutes before getting upset she wasn’t waited on, got up and left. A bit unrealistic if you ask me. Had a margarita which was ok but a bit sweet and weak. Had the sweet and smoky burger which was ok. They put the mango sauce directly on the burger instead as a side as the menu stated which is no big deal except the fact this was a premium burger selection and should have given me the choice. The side of garlic pickles were just three slices of pickles in a small Condiments bowl. Good, but gimmicky. The onion rings in the burger ended up soggy because of the sauce, so they kinda messed up my wanting to try them separately. I did like the bun they served it with. The ziosk thing on the table is neat. You can reorder drinks and pay the tab + tip whenever your ready, then leave. You cannot order food from it. The ad’s on the gadget and the donation requests are a bit annoying and unnecessary. It would be nice if they used the credit card chip technology instead of card swiping if they are going to be all modern. Overall, I enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Its a typical Chili’s. I think once they build up their staff they should be much more efficient but as of now you’ll have to be patient if you visit this location. I think it’s a great location and will likely return.

3 stars for building a trendy little Chili’s near the job! I mean this place looks totally different from your typical Chili’s. They are stepping up their décor game for sure. The service was regular, not friendly, just was… I ordered the lunch special(choice of soup — chicken enchilada and an entrée… the margarita chicken fresh mex bowl). Cheap and reasonable $ 7… The presentation of my soup could use some work but the soup itself was delicious! Chock full of chicken… I’m tempted to go back just for that! The fresh mex bowl was just ok. Way too much rice for my liking but I’d order it again. I love the new convenient pay devices they have at Chili’s nowadays… germ central but definitely neat! I’d return when I’m looking for another reasonable lunch spot. And I’m going to need them to invest in a better dishwasher… I shouldn’t get silverware with dried food on it… yuck!
