Very rarely do you get this kind of customer service and honesty. Carpets have dried quickly, look and smell great, and I feel better. We had a few issues with our carpet and Dustin recommended a very cost effective way to solve our problems. Thanks you.

I’ve used these guys a couple of times now, and their work is always superior. Great customer service, very professional (on and off the phone) and TIMELY. I appreciate the ease of scheduling an appointment and speaking to someone who has knowledge about the business and are able to explain the options. It’s annoying when you speak to someone at a business and they can’t speak English very well. Here, these guys will take care of you, provide you with a great product with amazing results. Those hard to remove stains were no problem, and they’re in and out in no time. I definitely recommend Carpet Touch for the ease of all your carpet needs. :D
