Great Dentist. A lifetime of experience. I’ve been coming here for roughly 10 years. I’ve recommended Dr. Hoopingarner to many friends of which many have come and made him their permanent dentist. Great, friendly office staff. Easy insurance claim processing. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Hoopingarner is a great TMJ dentist. I’ve known him for 3 or 4 years. I grind my teeth. Severely. I went through several bite guards, literally chewing through each one in a matter of weeks. Dr. Hoopingarner was the only dentist that could solve my problem. He made an appliance that was durable enough to withstand my grinding and I’ve been a happy camper ever since. I’ve been using my current appliance for maybe 3 years now and it is just as good as new. It fell on the ground once and broke in two. The doctor was good enough to repair it for me instead of having me buy a new one that would’ve cost thousands of dollars. He’s pleasant, laid back character and his staff of hygienists are charming and efficient. Highly recommend him.

Here is another scandalous dentist to avoid at all cost. Not only is he scandalous but he is arrogant. His whole mentality is to impose his own belief onto you. Awhile back, I was referred to Dr. Hoopingarner for his Reconstructive Dentistry that he promotes on his website. I was referred to him to undo a dental malpractice. He is a member of American Academy of Gnathologic Orthopedics(AAGO) and American Association for Functional Orthodontics(AAFO) who promotes non-extraction method for orthodontic treatments. Instead of admitting my problem(the dental malpractice,) he said that I was crazy and that my pains are self induced. Funny how on his website( ) he preaches and promotes Neuromuscular dentistry but when you see him he tells you, you are psychotic for experiencing the discomfort and pain that his website describes as problems related to Neuromuscular dentistry. It took him to about 20 minutes to come up with a diagnoses of saying I am mental, which he wanted $ 120 for his BS diagnoses. He suggested that I should see his friend who specializes in psychiatry. Dr. Hoopingarner, perhaps instead of giving false diagnoses, you should just tell the truth and be a doctor of ethics. Of course you wouldn’t know that either.
