Burger King

Rude lady taking drive thru orders. Only had 2 separate orders and she would only be able to or willing to take 1. She was not nice nor customer service forward. Not to mention they take forever. BTW how does BK run out of fries!?! I wouldn’t not go back to this location.

If I could give this Burger King zero stars I would. I ordered through the drive through and when I got to the window, it took about five minutes for someone to come and receive my money and my drink wasn’t ready, so that’s another minute. The worker at the window didn’t greet me at all and the people at this location seem to operate at one speed, Slow. I had to repeat my drink order to the worker, because I guess he has a short memory span. Mind you while I’m waiting their is no one in the establishment. NOW I know why. So then it takes about ten minutes before the worker comes back with my food. I drive off because by this time I’m super hungry, I get down the street and my original chicken sandwich that I ordered was on a round bun. Mind you the original chicken sandwich is longer than a round bun. Immediately I wanted to turn around and get my money back, but I was to hungry at this point. I just had to share to warn others of the service they will receive while visiting this location. If I had thought about it i would have taken a picture to show the madness I received after waiting about 16 minutes for a burger and fries, when I was the only one in the drive through and the only customer at the establishment. I will never return to this establishment again.

I love their tendercrisp!!! Everyone is nice .,. And service was Fast and nice remodel!

If you hate your job quit. Don’t get mad at me because I’m trying to keep your crappy establishment in business.

Ugh, nothing but ghetto trash works here. I ordered one sandwich with mayo and the other without. Stupid teenager gave me both without. When I said I wanted mayo on one, she says, «it’s just mayo» and I said I wanted mayo. She then snatches the food and throws the biggest temper tantrum that would rival any 4 year old. Then gives me back the food with the biggest attitude. Will never return to this dump.

Not the nicest, cleanest, or even the newest BK in the area (there’s a much nicer one near Rice Village)… but it serves it’s purpose as the primary McD’s budget burger rival on South Main. Highly recommend just going through the drive thru if you really are craving that Whopper Jr.
