The staff at this location are very knowledgeable and super friendly. If you schedule an appointment ahead of time usually there is no wait. The accountants are very quick and make the whole process easy and streamlined. I highly recommend this location.

So I’ve been getting my taxes done here for the past 3 years. The only reason I took away two stars is because of the front desk receptionist, Tanya. She is so rude. I came here about two months ago and I had to wait 40 minutes because there was a delay from the previous client. Sid was nice enough to come out and let me know.
Today, I asked Tanya if it was going to be a long wait and she said at least 15 minutes and as I explained about my previous wait time she said «well that’s what you get for waiting last minute to do your taxes». Keep in mind that I had already met Sid two months ago and she had no idea about my situation. I just needed to sign some papers today. She was so rude and is a bad representation of this company.
Sid is my tax professional and he is awesome! He always does a great job and is such a nice person. He is reliable and honest and anytime I email him he always replies quickly. I do plan to come back because he is great, but they need to train the front office staff especially Tanya, on how to speak to clients in a professional way.
