I called and made an appointment for an eyebrow tint, got there 15 mins early and guess what? There were 2 appointments for an earlier time that no one had wrote down (same family, 2 people). Apparently, they had canceled last minute sometime last week and said they would come in tonight but no one wrote it down. So I was told that I had to wait till they finished with both! How is this my fault? Then they asked the other family if I could go first, stating that she was really fast and it would be quick but I didn’t want that! She would have been rushing and this is my face we’re talking about here! I want someone who’s going to take their time. I felt like the other family was of more importance to them and they were just trying to get me out of there ASAP. I was bummed, this was my first time there. Don’t know if I’ll go back, there are plenty of other places in the area that are organized and have better customer service.
