BCV Visa and Passport Service

Great customer service!
We are traveling from Miami to China and needed to use a visa agency since Texas had the nearest Chinese consulate. My boyfriend and I extensively research everything for our trips and after our usual due diligence decided to go with BCV Visa for 4 reasons: 1) They had by far the most affordable price of any agency we saw online (eg. they let you include a prepaid envelope for joint mail back which was a big savings), 2) Their responsiveness to our initial email and phone inquiries about the costs/​length of time etc., 3) Their location (google maps showed they are located less than 2 miles from the Chinese consulate that issues the actual visas) and finally 4) They had good reviews by other users online.
Needless to say they lived up to their good reputation. They confirmed their receipt of our package on Monday ⁷⁄₂₀ and by ⁷⁄₂₁ they confirmed it was submitted to the consulate. By Tues ⁷⁄₂₈ they promptly mailed it back and sent us communication to confirm tracking, etc. The visas and passports were as promised and we even got a nice note in the package, Thanks Lisa!
Word of caution: Use FedEx or UPS for prepaid return w insurance. We used USPS and our 2 day priority took 1 week which was really scary. However this had nothing to do with BCV.

We needed a VISA for a trip to China but there are very few consulates in our state (Arizona). So, rather then go to another state (documents had to be given in person), we did research on Passport agencies. The above service in Texas looked like it had everything we wanted on their website, so we contacted them. They do many countries but have a direct relationship in particular with China and Brazil.
Their communication was quick and concise with any questions they had. Their site explained everything we needed and had all the necessary forms. They even had staff who were Chinese and understood what China would require. We had a complication with one VISA and they were able to solve this and the VISAs were quickly approved. We got back the VISAs within two days of the Consulate issuing them. Highly recommended, we will use them again next time we need VISAs for a foreign trip.
