My husband and I had the best experience here! We came here based off a happy recommendation from a coworker and were completely satisfied. Our tech was very warm and as excited as we were. She took the time to explain the details of the image and gave us the best shots she could get of our baby girl at 18 weeks. We can’t wait to come back at 30 weeks to really see our baby’s defined features! We had the best experience and would definitely recommend it here.

Our daughter had her ultrasound done at Baby Steps! All I can say is WOW! Great service, great pictures and a really friendly staff. Karen (owner/​technician) is so knowledgeable and kind. The baby seemed to take forever to show herself, but Karen worked patiently and gently and viola, she appeared in all her Glory! Amazing technology. We’ll never forget this for as long as we live. We’ll be back soon we hope lol

my girl friend and i had a appointment at this location at 5pm like always we like to be on time we got there 15min early it was closed when we got there. waited for 45min no one showed up. tried calling the office number no one answer tried contacting the technician she dint answer. even though one day before i receive a text message confirming the appointment. i don’t know how a business like this stays opened. Bad service don’t waist your time showing up to a place that don’t appreciate your business. the least that i expected some one answering the phone and apologize for been closed. or a courtesy call rescheduling my appointment before i got there.

I bought a ultrasound package through Groupon when I found out I was pregnant with my first child. I ended up miscarrying and naturally, I was devastated. I contacted baby steps by email because I was too upset to be able to contact them by phone to see if I could get some sort of voucher or something so that I could use my groupon in the future since it expires. The company never sent me anything or called me back so I spent $ 80 on something I will never get to enjoy. Thanks for a great experience on top of such a horrible situation.
