Awesome customer service. My wife and I moved from Canada and they had no issues setting us up with phones and good bundles. Answered any questions and were very professional. It can get very busy at this location, so you will probably have to wait 10 – 15 minutes, but the seats and tvs make it easy.

This AT&T store was by far the best one I’ve been to in Houston. There’s a chance that we caught them at a good time, but they were able to assist us immediately. I went to 2AT&T stores to transfer family plans. The first one we went to basically called customer service and had us talk to them, we could’ve just done that at home. Of course when we tried at home, customer service hung up on us, or the call was dropped while we were being transferred to another representative.(The point is… calling customer service was a flop.) THISAT&T store however, was able to get EXACTLY what we needed to get done in a matter of minutes. They didn’t make us call customer service, they did it all with their handy-dandy iPads.

I went in for a phone upgrade. It took less then 5 minutes for Mohammad S to help me and 30 minutes for me to walk out with my new phone. Mohammad S was very patient, knowledgable, and polite. He broke down how much I will be paying each month. Even when I didn’t understand he politely showed me and talked me through it. I highly recommend him! Best customer service ever!

So I’m thinking since it’s not crowded that this should be a breeze. Well I have been proven wrong once again. There are 5 reps in here. 4 of them helping customers. Then there is 2 reps dealing with one person. I have been waiting for almost a hour just take something off my account which is all of 5 – 10 mins max. Reps flirting with customers talking about everything but the damn service or phone. Do that shit on your own time. Too it off they can’t do shit about my uverse. Isn’t this something u advertise? Fuck is the world coming to

This location is pretty cool its not that crowded so the staff was really attentive and helpful with questions im with sprint but im thinking of making that switch?
