I went to several major dealerships around houston looking for my Volkswagen Tiguan, the exact car i wanted, including VW demontrond and none were as accommodating or as customer service oriented as amazon auto.
Ana, habib, and andrew were the smallest but mightiest team i came across. They got me the exact car i wanted even though they didn’t sell that specific brand too often!
They went out of their way to help me and my growing family by advising me in trading in my old beat up car for an aircheck voucher (which i didn’t even know still existed) and a small down payment so that i can get my hands on my brand new car.
Would definitely recommend anyone trying to buy their next car to come here! Make sure you ask for Ana!

Do not buy a car from these guys. I purchased a truck from them and within 6 months I had issues with the engine and ac.

Please don’t buy car from them. They sell trash cars. I got a car from them and it had issues since day 1. They identify people who are unfamiliar with buying used cars and use their skills to sell them trash cars. Unfortunately I was one of them. I suggest that if you go there please bring a professional mechanic or someone who really knows about cars. You might have to pay the mechanic some money but it will save you a lot of time and money on maintenance. Mostly stay away from them
