After being with this company for five years, I got some other quotes and found that they were charging me 150% of what other places were offering! Honestly, the difference was astounding. When I brought up this issue, I got no response or a brush off. After FIVE YEARS as a loyal customer.
Finally, when I switched insurance companies, they ended up owing me money and holding it for far longer than necessary.
Do your homework and don’t work with a group like this. I should have known better when they changed names several times during my association with them.
