1) answering the phone rapidly, on a Saturday
2) Hearing my concern and sending someone out within 2 hours. Talk about over delivering!
3) Charging me a very fair price for an excellent service
I looked up pest control services on Unilocal in sort of a panic. No, not sort of… a massive panic. I had thousands of fire ants all over my kitchen! I have Terminix quarterly service, for which I pay over $ 500 a year. I’ve been using Terminix’s service for over 8 years, so I’ve paid Terminix over $ 4000. Yet when I called them, I was told it would be close to a week before they could come out. A week!!! Aaaaaack!!! So I then called ABC Pest Control, was told 2 days. Well, 2 days is better than a week, but seriously, I’d have to get a hotel. So I continued to make phone calls, until the nice lady at All Houston Pest Control sent someone out right away.
The gentleman who came out was extremely thorough. He not only sprayed the ants in my kitchen, but he went through my entire house, and outside, and in my garage, and did the «take care of the queen» thing.
It’s been almost 3 weeks, not a single ant has come in again.
I will happily have All Houston Pest Control come to my home quarterly and take over where Terminix has failed.
Turns out, after all I’m paying Terminix, the All Houston Pest Control man showed me not one, but SEVERAL fire ant mounds against my home. No wonder I was invaded.

My parents have been using All Houston for many many years. So when I moved back to Houston it made sense to use who my parents trust.
Judy is helpful and quick to get you on their schedule. Then you sit back and enjoy a bug free house. Rodney is our exterminator, and he’s always good for a conversation and a laugh. Judy calls us quarterly to schedule the next visit, you don’t have to keep up with how long its been since your last visit.
Should you have any concerns or bug problems between visits, just give them a call and they’ll come spray again… free of charge. Luckily, I’ve never had to use that option!
