HORRIBLE, Don’t go! I booked my appt with Nakeitha at 10 arrived 25 mins early, only to get into the chair at 10:38. my stylist late and took 3 other clients before she got to me. She asked me to sign in and sit down, then another stylist greeted me and began servicing me (without asking me) I thought maybe it was her asst since she was instructing her on what to do. I sat there thinking she was assisting the stylist that I booked, to soon find out the stylist I booked would not be servicing me instead the other stylist would. I did not receive the service I came in for. I now have hot roots, the top of my head which should’ve been highlights/​lowlights looks like a bag of copper coins mixed with yellow crayons!!! unprofessional and embarrassing! the stylists are rude, and still expected me to pay for a service I never received. I walked out of the salon the stylist ran after me shouting, she grabbed my car door handle shouting. This experience was below sub par! If I could give ZERO stars I would!

NaKeitha Ross is an Outstanding stylist. She has been doing my hair since 2002 and not one time have I been disappointed. She is a consummate professional and tends to the unique needs of each and every customer. The atmosphere is warm and friendly as well as beautiful and sheik. I absolutely enjoy my time in the salon.

These ladies do excellent work… just be prepared to wait and wait for hours to get your hair done.

She cut and straightened my natural hair and it was SOOO soft and pretty. Very friendly and most importantly ON TIME. I didn’t waste a single moment while she tended to anyone else. Very pleased with the service.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Not only was I up at 6 am to get service to have 6 clients serviced before me I ended up having to go to my original hairstylist to get my hair done the same day. Unprofessional on several levels, and when tried to discuss the matters with the owner she was unwilling to compromise. The tender care that I feel my hair deserves was not done and its disheartening as a black business owner myself to see things handled in this manner

Saw a few pics in a hair magazine from this salon so i decided to try it… I was dissapointed. The stylist did an ‘okay’ job on my hair. I have definitely had better stylists… However, my issue is the fact that i was there waiting. & waiting… A lady comes in AFTER me and immediately gets in the chair… i wait some more & another lady comes in & gets in the chair… So im up next and i mentioned it to the stylist and she states that they have standing appointments. I had an appointment too. So apparently the regular customers will always get serviced before any new clients? No ma’am… I will not/​have not been back.
