We were told $ 25 – 30 for grooming and bathing our small sthitzu/​poodle mix. They couldn’t cut his hair all the way due to the fact that we was «pooping and peeing everywhere» (he’s a rescue). They bathed him and gave me a $ 5 discount and told us to come back the next morning so they could finish the grooming. The next morning they said they couldn’t see him until the late afternoon, (which would delay our trip out of town) so we asked for a refund of half. The woman told us they wouldn’t do that, and claimed they did everything they could, but since he was difficult to manage, they couldn’t help us. YOU DIDN’T DO WHAT I PAID YOU TO DO!!! All I’m asking for is half my money back, or at least the $ 5 tip that you shouldn’t have received! Terrible business model. Blow off a reasonable request!
