I’m an Assistant General Manager for SpringHill Suites in PA. As hoteliers we expect clean and safe rooms. This room was not clean. Hairs in the tub and on the bathroom floor accompanied by a smell of urine. Furthermore, a sleeve of Pez candy was under the footrest of the chair. Clearly not moved to be vaccummed. There was make up on the thick comforter near the face. We were too tired to complain but left to stay with family. I left a note in the room my contact info. I hope to hear from y’all.

Stayed last night. They have bed bugs. They are very bad. Daughter had bites from her neck to knees.

This is the WORST experience ever. I’m currently staying here with my 2 children and had called the front desk twice due to a noisy guest above me. The noise has not stopped. My children are scared because it’s so loud. The guest above me is a ‘well known’ guest that always rooms with Fairfield Inn and the front desk attendant said it could not be him. Well, the ruckus we hear is directly above our room and she said she would check the surrounding rooms. We are not happy customers. I feel like this issue was not resolved. Also, I booked my travels via Orbits and paid 101.55 including tax. Upon checking in, the front desk attendant asked for my card to have on file so that she can charge me just in case any damages were made. My card was charged 20 $ extra.

Stayed here a night with the S/O while she was here on business. Good location if you’re in Houma for business. Close to lots of restaurants, you can literally walk 20 feet feet to Copeland’s or Rally’s. The property itself is decent. I wouldn’t pay the price they ask for lodging if I were picking up the bill myself. It reminds me more of a Hampton Inn, not as nice I would say. The bed wasn’t comfortable. Really people? for $ 200 bucks a night you would think it would be more plush and comfortable. And that dehumidifier? Good idea, but it rumbles like a train… too noisy. A nice enough Hotel, just way too expensive for the amentiies.

I have stayed here numerous nights for business trips and am a Silver Elite member. My room has always been perfect, and I am usually able to stay in a room that meets my preferences(top floor toward the end of the hall). Any time I need to stay at a hotel in Houma, this is my first choice.
