I went to Dr. Bydalek after a new gold crown fitted by another dentist got lose. The office is very nice, and the doctor seems skilled, but that’s where the good news ends.
Mike removed the loose gold crown and said he would hold it for safety and hygiene.
Mike said he would need me to have a full exam before he could devise a treatment plan, so I asked him to check with my insurance company to be sure it was long enough since my last for the exam to be covered.
I was assured that Mike would see to this.
When I returned for the exam I asked if they had the insurance verification and the hygienist said don’t worry about it.
She did a fine job doing the exam and I never heard anything from them about my crown issue. I did get a bill for the cleaning and exam however, a bill they said I had to pay even though they misled me and in fact did not check with my insurance.
They never did anything about my crown and were only concerned about the money for the exam. In time they refereed me to a collection agency.
Oh yeah, my GOLD crown they were holding for safekeeping? They have no records of any such matter.
Stay away, stay far away!

Dr Bydalek has one of the best practices I have ever visted. His staff was kind and he was just amazing! When ever I would visit I would alsways feel very relaxed and comfortable even during a major root canal and crown procedure.
I highly recomend him to anyone.
I have since moved to Boston and wish I could have brought his practice with me.
