I cannot say enough positive things about Hemi’s! JD showed up on time to fix our fridge — hie was on time, kept a clean work area and was very courteous. A few weeks later he installed a new dishwasher for us — would never use anyone else!

JD from Hemi’s was helpful during the initial phone consultation. He was knowledgeable, professional and polite. He was eager to help me with my washer issues.
I received a call 10 minutes prior to the designated appointment. Eric — the technician — arrived promptly. He was personable and professional; diagnosing the problem in less than 30 seconds. While he could have repaired the machine in a few hours, he detailed the situation and recommended the purchase of a new washer. He gave me his assessment of products on the market.
While it would have been nice to have a functioning washing machine immediately, I appreciate not throwing good money after bad.

Rarely do I ever actually post on Unilocal but these guys deserve it. I’ve used Hemi appliance repair a few times now and wouldn’t use anyone else. They always respond quickly and actually come when they say they are coming. Great guys with great manners (was very impressed by this) and really new their stuff. Worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Price was much much more reasonable that what I’ve paid in the past with other appliance repairs.
