Outstanding service, great prices and fast shipping are all important when you’re in the middle of a project. I got exactly that from DIY Upholstery Supply and highly recommend them for all of your upholstery needs. They helped me figure out what I would need, sent me free samples and made sure my order was shipped the day I placed it when I told them I needed it right away. So happy I found them and will continue to shop here!

Don’t order from these guys. I made an order for a project I was working on, and paid extra for 3 day delivery. I didnt make an account so there was no way for me to check on my order. After waiting 4 days from when I could only assume it had shipped I contacted the company, they told me that what I had ordered hadn’t shipped yet because it was back ordered for more than a month after I had initially wanted it by. There is no indication on their website that any items are back ordered. The only reason they’re getting 2 stars from me is that I luckily paid through PayPal so my account hadnt been charged yet (since it hadnt shipped) and they immediately canceled my order when I asked.
I would highly recommend staying away from these guys based on my own experience and other reviews I found later (unfortunately after I had ordered from them) on other review sites.

This is truly a wonderful business and unique business model.
I have ordered directly from them, learned from their videos, and most recently worked directly with the owner and customer service representatives to have a cushion custom made.
I bought a sofa at Crate and Barrel that i love the look of, but it had very soft back pillows — almost like bed pillows — and they made the sofa very uncomfortable.
The owner Kris was so kind as to completely remake the cushions for me – making them firm and the sofa very comfortable. It is now beautiful and comfortable. And it was not very expensive. A huge change in comfort for not very much.
He had me send the cushion cover to him directly, and sent the pillows back custom made. I am particularly happy because my husband was griping about missing the pillows, but after we got them back kept telling me how smart I was to get the sofa redone. It was not costly and makes a big difference.
I plan to buy pillow forms in the future, since so many hand made throw pillow cases available on ETSY and other places don’t come pre-​stuffed. I love the way everything can be customized and the knowledge base of this vendor…
I also hope to buy supplies from this vendor to undertake a bed project in the future where I will upholster a bed frame with foam and wrap. Updates on this later — wish me luck!
