Delicious food. We both enjoyed a lamb shawerna after being recommended by an employee of go 2. My only complaint about the wrap is I would like more meat on it but it still tasted yummy! Fries were tasty with the seasoning they added. As we were leaving they gave us a small baklava to try which was also good. Nice experience.

This is a mediterranean spot, very similar to Al’s or Purple Onion. It’s located in a strip mall off of highway 150 in Hoover. I was drawn in by the sign outdoor advertising wings, even though I knew I’d probably get a salad or fish. Once inside, we were greeted by a very friendly man, that I assume was the owner. He was really confident in the quality of the food… probably too confident. We ordered Baba Ganoush for an appetizer and Grilled Tilapia over rice and Lamb Kabobs. To drink, we wanted two ice waters. Citing the soda machine was out of order, we had to purchase two bottled waters. I wasn’t totally confident in this claim, but have no proof otherwise. The Tilapia wasn’t half bad, but sadly, every thing else was pretty dang ho-hum. The lamb was tough, to say the least. This really wasn’t the end of world, so here is the reason for only giving two stars: The meal was $ 30. If you can’t offer ice water, you should comp the bottled water. In addition, the meals came with Baba Ganoush. If this had been mentioned, we never would have paid for the extra order. I probably missed it on the menu, but a courtesy heads up would have been nice. The guy was very nice, but that only goes so far. I hate to leave a bad review, but I need for my reviews to be trustworthy. There you go.

Just ate here with my husband for dinner. It took a while to get our food so we were expecting something fresh. I ordered a gyro and my husband ordered the lamb shewarma. However they got my order wrong and I ended up with a chicken shewarma wrap, which tasted tough, dry, and flavorless, like it had been reheated. My husband’s lamb was no better. The fries seemed to have been frozen, fried, and then fried again before being served. I do not recommend this restaurant. We were angry we wasted $ 20 on such a terrible meal.

I wanted to like In N Out SO badly. Here is how it went– My family of 3 went in for a quick, inexpensive lunch one weekend. That wasn’t what we got at all. My husband ordered the Chicken Kabob, my daughter ordered the wings/fries, and I got the chicken fingers/fries. All of the chicken dishes we ordered were way over cooked, dry, and inedible. My husband even commented that it would have been a better idea to go to either Pita Café or zaxby’s across the street. And as far as the price(because I’m always stuck on value as a deciding factor in how I evaluate eateries), it was over $ 25.00 for our lunches! And we only ordered 1 soda! And if I’m not mistaken, we had to pay extra for dipping sauces for the chickens. So, expect to spend at least $ 10 per person if you get soda. Not really something I’m prepared to do for a lunch. I hope this restaurant improves before it goes the way of so many others.
