It’s not just this location but every PBT I go to is the same; they push their employees to sell lotion. I get that, but making those who are paying for the service to tan wait, is bad business. PBT has great beds and maintains them well. I am a Diamond member which means I pay close to 100 bucks a month to tan. Waiting to get in a bed while they sell a bottle of lotion is unacceptable. As I stated, this isn’t directed at just this location. It is company wide. I stay with them because of the great beds and since I travel, I have one membership to use wherever I am.

Waiting an hour and a half for a spray tan is NOT ok. People have things to do… It takes less time to get your hair done!

Great experience when using the tanning beds. Clean and the beds are effective. Awful personnel. Slow to check people in. Rude to guests. Example: ignoring others while trying to sell lotion or other products. THEN they kept charging my credit card 2 months after I canceled my contract. Amber the «manager» told me I had to talk to her DM. However, she said that she did not know that person’s name, number or email. I can’t believe that this entire corporation is represented by this particular salon. Unfortunate.

I gave them 3 stars because I have had bad service in the past and the employees have been rude to my friends, but I do like it very much other than that. The beds are good and very clean. I wish I could plug my ipod in or bring a CD but they have music playing and it is never loud enough or on a radio station that plays commercials between the bad music. I have been to every tanning bed up and down 280 and this is the best as far as cleanliness and prices. Prob bc its corp and not local. I recommend visiting this before you purchase a package elsewhere.
