Went in for an oil change and inspection. If you can deal with one up-​sell technique after another, it’s not bad if you’re in a hurry.
Getting an inspection is a whole different story. First and foremost, the wait is ridiculous. I understand they only have one bay but the guy doing the inspection was doing other work in the bay’s responsible for oil changes. Hey buddy… focus on the 4 cars in line for an inspection! To make matters worse my car needed a light bulb and they didn’t even have the bulb to pass the car.
Long story short… Oil — Only if you’re in a rush and can deal with upsell techniques. Inspection — H-​E-​Double hockey stick NO!

Great for an oil change when you need one fast, but trying to get your car inspected is an awful experience. The customer service is disgraceful, didn’t even receive a hello. The special hours for inspections are posted nowhere. Never coming here again and I’m disappointed because I have been coming to a valvoline in other cities for years now.

TERRIBLE… All I wanted was a quick oil change… They tried to sell me EVERYTHING… Told me all my services were way over do… When I told them to just change the oil, the guy got pissed… I drove away & five miles later, the skid pan which protects the oil drain fell to the ground… They hadn’t put the screws in properly. I limped back & they reluctantly fixed it… THEY NEVER EVEN APOLOGIZED … They just lost a long term customer !!!

Well, my car didn’t pass inspection but the service at this Valvoline is very good. They have always gotten me in and out quickly and are very professional.
