The Home Depot

This Home Depot really got me out of a bad one this week. I had ordered a roof rake online with Sams Club. Well 4 days later all they had done is create a shipping label. Meaning they really didn’t have any in stock. During that wait they snow was so heavy on my roof that my front or back door would not open. With more snow on the way I had to do something. I went to Aubachon in my town. He looked at me like I had 3 heads. He told me they went off the shelf as quick as they came in. That people from Mass came this far to find one. And that I was not going to find one anywhere. I refused to just give up. I was about to collapse. I went to Home Depot in Hooksett. And behold my weary eyes was a skid with about 10 20 ft roof rakes left. Not seeing a price (not that it mattered, I would have paid 200.00 for this roof rake) I asked a associate for the price. Ended up in a conversation with him about roof rakes and how desperate people are to find them… This associate was so friendly, kind and helpful. I could have talked with him for a hour. Checking out I never thought I would be so happy to buy a roof rake. And they said that even if they were out they would have them in within 2 hours. The place to go. So the Sams Club rake happened to come today. I was not home and the Fed Ex guy called me on my cell phone to ask me where I got my roof rake. i told him my story and offered it to him for what I had paid for it. He is calling after he gets out of work.lol.

They always seem to have what I need. At appliances, I can’t say enough about Geoff and Brian. Excellent attention to detail and followup. I had a tight spot for a dryer and they helped me research the right model to fit. Prices reasonable, selection great, location right off exit 10 from 93.

My car was trapped inside the garage because one of the springs that help lift the aging garage door snapped. We’ve been thinking about replacing the door for a while now –the new ones are insulated and you get a nice tax credit so we called around and Home Depot offered the best deal in our area. Not only that, they even sent someone to fix our old door so we can use the garage until the new door is installed. Many, many thanks to you guys!
