Every single time I go to this location I end up disappointed. Have to specifically request for cream cheese ON the bagel. no other dunkin donuts has just thrown the pack of cream cheese in the bag without even a knife to spread it with. If I’m in the drive thru, I’m obviously driving and not able to do it myself. Common sense, or so I thought.
The staff is unprofessional and rude. Everyone in there looks like they hate their lives and its extremely uncomfortable. To top it off today, I ordered hashbrowns and was given donuts instead. Last straw. It’s always something done incorrectly. You’ve lost my business
