Just a REALLY small mom and pop liquor store, in the middle of the Airport, Kalihi Kai, Sand Island business districts. If you’re done work and looking for some ice cold refreshments, be it alcoholic or not, then let Tony’s hook you up. They’ve got all the basic pau hana, cool me off quick, with a side of chips necessities you’ll need. Things like cold beers(most popular ones) wines(again not too much to choose from) hards(the small and mini bottles) chips, dips, tobacco, ice cream. Even the little corner on the side for porn magazines, and videos. As Tony’s is in the middle of an industrial area, their times of operations are limited to mostly just working hours, as they’re open from 6 in the morning, to 7 at night, Monday thru Saturday, and closed Sundays. What makes it convenient for me is they’re right on the way to paddling practice. And if you think about it, small liquor stops are supposed to be convenient that way. Park, run in, purchase, run out. Painless and fast. Get back on your merry way. The only thing that puzzles me, is in the name, liquor and deli… DELI? Never seen any type of deli food. No hot foods, no sandwiches, no salads. I did see a couple of Spam Musubi on the counter… I guess that could count.
