The most underwhelming Westin I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in a number). Location is obviously great, right in the center of Kanapaali beach. Pool area is also nice, but… Rooms in they beach tower are extremely old and worn out, no fun. The air condition had a moldy smell so that I decided to keep it turned off most of the time. Relish (Westins food format) also the weakest I have ever been to, tried the signature Burger which was dry, overlooked and uninspiring. Overall great location, but the rest… Will try something else next time even though I am Starwood elite member
