They have on tap some very unique roast. Seems to be there thing. They had different roast from a few islands and delivered some amazing flavors 8 have never had before. I’m referring to the flavor of the bran and not added flavor. If you enjoy very legit coffee, The curb will give it to you. . Their take out cup could be a little stronger though. I agree with someone who wrote earlier, they should ad the Pan Am building in to their name. Great coffee..

I was heartbroken(yes, I take my hot drinks seriously and dramatically) to hear that Clipper Cup had gone because they had the best green tea latte ever! Not one to hold a grudge(except I totally am), I decided to give The Curb a whirl when I happened to be in the area earlier this month. I’ve ordered coffee from The Curb at other venues, so I had a good idea about the quality and taste. This little kiosk was indeed up to snuff and I was excited to see that they now offer syrups!(A coffee purist, I am not.) The pastries, or at least the raspberry tart that I tried, were fresh and delicious. (If they ever bring back the amazing croissants that they carried at their former JABSOM location, I will so be there ORBEVERYSQUARE. Gluten be damned!) All in all, I’m happy to see that the fine coffee tradition is carried on, although I can’t help but mourn my beloved Clipper Cup(RIP loveliest green tea latte).

Very good selection of coffee, with drip, pour-over, and different types of espresso-based drinks. One of my favorites is the cortado, which in some ways is like a less-sweet latte. If you’re in a rush I’d recommend the drip coffee.

This location should be called CURB at Pan Am Building near Don Quijote. They only been open since Mon and the Coffee is fantastic along with the Service. I decided to go off the beaten path and order a Expresso with Milk(Latte) with Mocha. So Good!

While I am sad to see Clipper Cup gone, I’m glad to know that there is another café in this location catering to customers and providing an alternative to Starbucks. The Curb is also at the University of Hawai’i so they are probably quite popular among the college crowd. They didn’t have a menu up yet since we were their first customers on the first day yet they were very willing to accommodate. Rooibos Tea, instead of green tea but they will be getting matcha in soon. They also have both soy and almond milk available, as every café who cares about their customers should.
