very good food for the money id give 4 and a half stars if i could its nearly perfect. for 6 bucks i got a stick of chicken bbq and beef bbq plus this insanely delicous fried chicken with some type of a sweet teriyaki sauce yummy. the plate also came with brown or white rice plus toss salad and kim chee. sodas are only 50 cents and waters are a buck the plus side to this place is they offer many sauces and dressings to go along with your meal plus furikake where do you see that often??? great place for a quick lunch or easy take home dinnner they even have shave ice for other food options!

Stumbled upon this truck a short ways from Rainbow Drive-In. Holy moly – extremely tasty, huge quantities of food for $ 6. We both got the Plate A, a combination of beef, chicken and unusually good pork cutlet(they may have changed their menu since the earlier reviews). Worth noting that they have brown rice as an option. Probably the best deal we found in the Kapahulu area, and maybe anywhere else on Oahu!

Definitely stop by here! I loved the food. The chicken stick was my fave and the fried chicken was excellent also. It is small portions, but who says you can’t buy more! The shave ice is definitely not the softest but it was pretty good, I have definitely had much worst so I would try it again.

I felt like I should’ve came here before Tacos Ricos because I set myself up for disappointment. BBQ Stick Man is just meh for me. BBQ Stick Man is owned by the limousine company right next door. It claims to have the softest shave ice and delicious BBQ sticks of chicken and beef. I was tempted so I ordered a small shave ice and a chicken stick. The small shave ice is $ 2.50 which is pricey for the amount and bottled generic syrup they use. The ice was crunchy and the syrups were too sweet. At $ 2, my chicken stick was a decent size. It had good flavor but not as soft as I wanted it to be. Chinatown does a better job during Chinese New Years and probably cheaper. I may come back for a quick BBQ stick if I crave one but I rather swing by Taco Ricos. For a name like BBQ Stick Man, one would assume there would be more options than just chicken and beef…
