No! Why did I come back to this place AGAIN? Oh Yeauh, because it was the only place open today (Christmas)! Let’s just say,
I AM PISSED! I WANT A DAMN MANAGER TO READ THESE DAMN REVIEWS AND FIX THEIR SHIT RIGHT AWAY! The girl at the speaker box completely jacked up our order!!! Upon reaching the window, we asked to do a separate transaction, but that was a major FAIL! It was annoying trying to explain what the hell was wrong! They got our order WRONG!!! And messed up the separate transaction! Now I don’t know about you guys, but I HATE BEING CHARGED FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT WANT!!! This is NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY SCREWED ME OVER!!! I ENTIRELY HATE THIS LOCATION. Next time I’m passing this place without even a thought in my mind!!! To the young man at the window tonight (Christmas night), I apologize for being a little hostile! I was really angry at the lady who took our order. You had nothing to do with it. I could have handled it a little better. Again, I’m sorry.
Overall though, customer service is inconsistent. Let me save you from hassles that I encounter on more than several occasions and pick another Taco Bell if possible.

Lady at the window is incompetent and has the worst service ever. I’m currently listening to my bf rant about the horrendous service. Mind you, he rarely complains. Smh

Constantly tries to shoo late night customers away with lies like «sorry we are out of tacos» or «we dont serve the item you just asked for after 11 pm.» The drive through usually takes 10 – 20 minutes unless it’s completely empty. The employees are slow and never engage the customers and sometimes are straight up rude. The food is standard taco bell, nothing special here

Late night smothered beef burrito! Only one car in front of me in the drive thru. In and out, quick service.

Food is good but drive thru always takes way too long. Decided to dine in today. 8 employees were standing in front looking around like who was going to take our order. Finally someone went and stood by the register like we were bothering them. Didn’t really ask to take our order. Witnessed this same behavior and attitude as other customers came in. I know it’s not a five star restaurant but a little professionalism and customer service goes a long way. Employees were yelling and goofing off as business was slow. Some were on their cell phones also. Gave 2 stars because food was hot and made quickly.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell is Taco Bell. But this one has its AC off in the middle of an 80 degree day. I asked the manager. She said she’ll check but just stayed there and continue to do her receipts for the next 10 minutes.
It’s basically saying don’t stay. I won’t.

I was disgusted by the hair I found in my first bite of the crunch wrap. I am an avid taco bell fan, but this just made me so unpleased. I wont be using taco bell as my cheat meal for a long time.

If you want to take advantage of their clearly advertised drink happy hour (from 2−5pm) do not go to this location.
The workers will say things like «oh Happy Hour goes until 5?» and when you tell them that their sign clearly states 2−5pm, they tell you maybe next time.
If you order a pizza and have to wait ten minutes for it they’ll also ask you to come inside yourself to grab it. I’m not lazy, but if I have my children in the car and I’ve ordered through the drive thru then yes I expect them to bring out the food to the vehicle.
Remind me why fast food workers want higher than minimum wage?
Ugh, if they didn’t have Baja blast I probably wouldn’t even bother ordering from Taco Bell at all.

This place is a joke and I will never patronize this establishment again. I ordered a large iced tea unsweetened, she repeated the order and asked me if I wanted ice in it. I responded «yes, I want ice in it, unsweetened». This was ordered through the drive thru. After I get to my destination, two minutes later, I realized there was no ice at all and it was warm. Then I taste it and it’s sweetened tea! So after I repeated the order she still messed it up in every way possible. My three year old grandson listens better than her. Done with this place!

As Taco Bells go this one does an alright job. The service is usually pretty fast, staff is friendly, but the execution of the orders isn’t always on the mark
I am a very picky eater and end up asking for just meat and cheese but I usually end up with lettuce in my tacos.
No real complaints though because when you need a quick late night fix or an early morning pick me up this is the way to go!

Customer service here is a joke! I went at night & the person taking my order was laughing in the mic & talking to his/​her co-​workers. I had to continue repeating my order. And to top it off, I waited at least 10 mins at the window getting my food. They have no sense of urgency at all!!! 2 thumbs down…

There’s a reason it gets two stars. That’s too good for this taco bell. Flippin drive thru takes half an hour with 6 cars. Get it together. And yall want $ 15 an hour. How hard is it to put meat in a taco shell?

I should give my self 1 star for eating here more than once, I gave them one more chance, I don’t know how people can be so slow, lazy, and just really not welcoming at all, a restaurant should make you feel like you want to be there, it’s all about customer service, even if you have a bad experience good customer service will make it better, I ordered hash browns, when I got them they were cold, I asked for fresh hash browns and the lady asked me your want them to be fresh? As if that’s not normal!!! Do. It eat here,

Here’s another review for this place from me bc im so tired of this place (why do I keep going there bc it’s the closest one and my husband loves taco) I give them the benefit of the doubt every time but yet I still get charged extra for sour cream yet I never get sour cream and I don’t like any Mexican food without sourcream! But that’s not the only thing they give me the wrong order sometimes or things that come with sourcream it will only be in the bottom of the burrito. Hire some new fucking workers bc they suck ass! Check the order before you give it to the customer to make sure everything is in there!

Good restaurant as chains go,. Tried the biscuit taco with eggs and bacon. Smart concept, but misses something in the execution as the biscuits fall apart quickly as one tries to eat the taco. Still, it was tasty for a different breakfast meal.

I would definitely give zero stars if I could! I have only eaten here one time and that was enough for me! Ordered a chicken fiesta bowl (think that’s the correct name) and they served me cold and very old chicken. It was hard and chewy! This was at lunchtime when the food should be fresh too! Gross, won’t go back…

They really need more people to be working on the floor during the dinner rush hour.

Would give 0 stars if possible. They’re ALWAYS getting my order wrong. Maybe its because hey the lady taking my order is trying to hide on her phone at the cash register in the drive thru. Same lady terrible service and I’m done with this place.

Here is a very unique location– i is just off of and between many military bases and places– it’s tucked away behind Pearl Harbor. You would expect all Taco Bells (to most people Taco _​ells the H don’t like the food) to be just run of the mill and fast and whatnot but I was so pleasantly surprised that service was not only fast but both workers smiled– greeted and said ‘Thank you’ like real humans — not just minimum wage workers sometimes do– I know it is a hard job and thank less but wow — made my day by having a human being instead of a robot greet and be nice to me in a taco bell of all places.
Still it is taco bell and we all know what to expect — I wish they had their cheap dollar menu with more options but hey — they want to make a buck too.

Not the best, but certainly not the worst. I had to repeat myself several times into the speaker since she couldn’t make out what I was saying.
I ordered the chicken cantina burrito. When I got home with it, it was still hot and pretty tasty. The chips that came with the burrito were a bit stale however, and the corn salsa tasted like something Ive had before… and it was microwaveable from Safeway.

Oh Taco Bell… why why why why are you still playing the commercial with the man who says coooooooooool rannnnnnch?
Last night at about 9:30pm I hadn’t eaten all day and the commercial played and I shamefully made a run for the border.
I figured I’d just hit the drive thru but nooooooooo the drive thru wasn’t open.
I went inside this Taco Bell/​Pizza Hut Express location and to my horror the Pizza Hut pizzas appeared that they had been sitting out since the Reagan administration but thankfully I was not there for pizza I was there because of the marketing geniuses and I needed my Doritos Cool Ranch tacos.
I placed my order for my tacos and about five plus minutes later my order was ready. Some people who ordered after me got their orders first, but I’m sure they were doing something super special to make my Doritos tacos super crack delicious or something.
These tacos are addicting and I will from now on be turning off the tv when Taco Bell commercials come on as they’re not really that good they just taste like Doritos with tacos in them and I’d like to live to the age of being able to collect social security.
