Barely awake… you know the feeling when you have an early morning flight and your eyes are still peeled shut?! Yep at the airport and getting my morning caffeine fix. Reached the cashier and was greeted by Mali, so nice to see a big smile and words of Aloha. So have had a gold card for years and never realized that you can get free food too with an award! Not just drinks. Thanks Mali for sharing that information with me!

Did you show up in Hawaii in ugg boots and yoga pants? Can you not even? If yes then this is the place for you! They literally have every flavor of what ever fruity drink you want, normal old coffee? No it’s, double hunky chocolate leggings iPhone granda. Enjoy!

Loria always serves up a smile and great fast service that lifts your spirits at Honolulu International Airport! Bring that Starbucks APP and ring up those stars! MAHALO to you and da crew! For all you brew and do!

If I could give the Starbucks near terminal 14 in the Honolulu airport zero stars, I would. I was charged over $ 5.00 for an iced grande black tea with strawberry purée, then told they were out of black tea. Being pregnant, I can’t have any of the other teas so I asked if I could get a bottled water and a scone. I was told I could have the small bottled water only, which is $ 3.85. End of conversation from Miss Barista. So basically I paid over $ 5.00 for a bottle of water because they don’t have what they charged me for. Awesome. Enjoy that undeserved tip.

The employees here are clueless. I ordered a venti mocha frap. They made a tall caramel frap instead. When I told them it was supposed to be a venti frap, they grabbed the tall cup. I said, no, venti. They asked for my receipt like I was lying. There was no compensation for my wasted time. There are other coffee places in the airport. Avoid this one, or you might end up missing your flight.

Small starbucks located in the main terminal of HNL. Opens around 5am for early flights! Makes the drinks fast and to order. The line moves pretty fast, but is usually long as it’s right at the end of the TSA lines and people eye out starbucks as soon as they put their shoes on! Polite service and friendly service.

Yes long lines for Starbucks is normal. I’m from Seattle so this isn’t surprising for me. lol this location is perfect for where I landed and was leaving near my gate. Service was good. As I understand they are a very high volume coffee shop. I discovered the passion fruit tea which I never get but the option for thai walls(condensed milk) with it was amazeballs! I wish I discovered this in the beginning of my trip vs the end! But nice to know for the future visits to this Island!

There seems to be a number of Starbucks in the Honolulu airport. This one was near the Food Court, which made it convenient to grab an iced coffee to accompany my Chinese food lunch. Being the airport, the Starbucks lines are not insignificant, and it took about 15 minutes to wind through the line and finally get my drink. This Starbucks is designed to accommodate lines it seems, with an open architecture style. Basically, most sides open to the airport complex, leaving lots of room for lining up or waiting for the drink. Good amount of seating to choose from afterwards, either in some surrounding tables, or in the airport itself. Need a souvenir? Lots of Starbucks-branded Hawaii mugs available! No complaints: drink was well made and, given the lines, not an unreasonable wait. Pricing was a dollar higher than already-high California. With a number of Starbucks alternatives around, if lines are too long in one, you might want to hunt out the nearest alternative.

Tables were dirty with crumbs. There were like 3 workers. Not very busy. Super expensive compared to regular. Ordered caramel ribbon crunch venti and it came out to lp $ 6.96. I don’t think the gal making my drink new what went in it because the other gal had to help her. But they were friendly.

This Starbucks had a VERY long line. I had time to go into two different DFS stores before my boyfriend made it through the line. Apparently all of the overseas customers feel the need to pay for their $ 5 coffees in dimes, pennies and quarters so expect a LONG wait. The staff was very friendly. My boyfriend left his iPad on their counter and they returned it to us. The drinks were consistent with all of the other Starbucks. After the 25 minute wait, we saw our terminal had a Starbucks inside… So you may want to wait until you get in there because the wait is shorter.

Holy smokes this is the worst location ever!!! Bitches who works here need an attitude adjustment. Long line and three staff standing around doing nothing. Worst customer service ever!!!

Not a good selection of sandwiches(which is what I was looking for). Went to subway instead. Employees weren’t very friendly. They do have exclusive Hawaii items like mugs and gift cards though.

Located inside the airport. Surprisingly not business. maybe bc I flew the red eye out. Glad it was still opened for my last minute souvenirs.

This staba is way overpriced so be prepared to spend 9.50 on a sandwich, 4.50 on a coffee cake. I was also disappointed to find out that they dont participate in the free refills for gold card members.

It’s a Starbucks … At the airport. So, know that the selection may not be what you’re used to back where ever you call home AND that the prices will be a little higher. Well, a lot more but if you need some caffeine because you were out all night and then had to fly out on an early morning flight … Customer service was fine … and it’s pretty hard to mess up hot water and a tea bag. Lots of seating at 5:30AM.

Meh, not my favorite starbucks at all. Everytime i «have to» come here theyre always out of a syrup, pastery looks stale, or they take for-ev-errrr not to mention everything is a bit more expensive(which is expected). I dont fly alot but when i do, this is super last resort especially if i have a early flight. Most recent time i was at the airport at 5am and i was nearly yelling at the barista, not because i was mad but because the chick couldnt hear me! we are 6inches away from each other –_-. then she tells me they dont make thai(lame). so i order 1 grande iced caramel machiato, 1 iced latte and a bagel…$ 14.82, woulda cost $ 11 outside. Begain to wait for almost 10mins. irked already.

Not much you can say about the airport but when the pickings are slim and you need that jolt of caffeine… Starbucks is second to none. Prices are a little higher than normal and forget about eating here unless you are desperate for food. Baristas are average at best but for me… it’s all about convenience.
