Starbucks

Had 20 minutes to kill between meetings and thought I’d get a cup of coffee and read the paper. Wrong! Circled the block 4 times in 10 minutes and nowhere to park. Just crazy. Recommend walking, or if in a vehicle, stop elsewhere.

Not a bad location. Dropped the hubby to work around the corner then headed to this location for some coffee. Clean and well maintained. Busy but line goes through relatively quickly. Will definitely be back

This was an extremely convenient location for me on my way into Waikiki. Then someone decided the parking lot needed paid parking. Now you wait in line to get into the parking lot and you wait in line to get out of the parking lot. On 2 separate occasions the parking machines didn’t work and then to get out of the lot you would need to go find a security guard to help.
This location is no longer convenient.

I feel the urge to write this because there is one worker who is extremely unfriendly and exudes an incredibly bad attitude every time I’ve gone there. I’m surprised Starbucks let’s someone so unpleasant deal with costumers. It’s a very bad reflection on their company. If it happened once, I’d think maybe she was having a bad day. But every single time I’ve been there and she’s been behind the register, she’s had a stink attitude. I thought maybe she had something against me, but after the fourth time I stayed and watched if she acted that way to other people. She did. So unfortunate.

The baristas here are great! They’re fast and friendly. There was a line of about 10 people when I got here, but I had my drink in about 5 minutes.

Given it’s pretty packed, they serve your drinks in a timely manner. Love that :)
Recommend the Via instant christmas blend, nice and dark.

Horrible. No regard for sanitation or human health. Utterly disgusting. I only come here when I absolutely have to.

Tried the order on the go app… and it works great!
My food and my order was ready to go and I walked right past the ordering line.
The only thing was that I had a few «how come you didn’t have to wait for your order» looks come my way

It’s hard to find a Starbucks that gets my order correct, I find myself constantly looking behind to counter making sure my ice tea is shaken since I usually ask for thai. This is one of those SB that always gets it wrong, but usually it’s the only mistake they make with my drink which is pretty good.
The barista’s work at a fast pace, I have always noticed the line out the door, they are obviously experienced. I ordered the coffee to go once for my office, and waited 45 minutes, I had to leave and had someone els wait for my order. They apologized to my friend, and gave her 5 cards each worth a free drink.

I’ve been here couple of times. And every time I come here, I noticed the most friendliest outgoing Starbucks employees. Not only do they greet you (like every other Starbucks out there), but they make you feel comfortable. One of the employees here always jokes around and I like that! Puts a smile on every customer that walks in.
What I like about this location is that there are a lot of seats. As a student going to Starbucks to study, finding a seat or a table may be a challenge. But I manage to get a seat.
The downside to this location is that their wifi is sometimes slow. But other than that, pretty awesome place to do some work.

A very good and a awesome place to go to have coffee and just eat or study. When I enter a Starbucks Coffee and order, I like to order via the app because it’s so much more easier as well as not have to go hunting for my debit card as much. So I am glad to be a member of the Starbucks Coffee rewards program because every morning I go to Starbucks, they know what I like to order so that I can reap in the rewards. When you hit 12 gold stars, you get a free reward and make sure that you use it before it is expires so that you can get more for your buck! It’s a great program to invest in and with the app on your mobile device, it’s just simple all you need to do is download the app on Google play store and call the customer service center for Starbucks and they will register the card for you and you are good to go! One of the newer Starbucks in the town area. This is a great location for the nearby offices but parking is very limited as they only have a small lot which is shared by other businesses. There was ample seating space inside and a bar area with stools which was cool watching and talking with the friendly barista.

My go to Starbucks location (since I work nearby).
Some workers (like Tiffany) are super cool and friendly, remember your name and remember what you always order.
Some days it’s super duper crazy and line is super long so it takes awhile for the drinks but it’s worth the wait.

Okay. i realize that this is a very busy starbucks, but when people who ordered way behind me gets their drinks before me. Now that’s upsetting. They do line up the cups as we order but for some reason couple of people got their drinks before me and the lady before me. I come here 3 times a week during the summer because it’s convenient for me.

I’ve been coming to this starbucks since it opened and I am so glad they built one so close to our school! Like any other starbucks, they will be extremely busy during the morning hours with lines extending to the door. Due to its location, there will often be a mix of business people, college students, med school students, hipsters, and the occasional odd person with a parrot on his shoulder. Nevertheless this starbucks is always bustling which may make it difficult to find a table or a little too loud to efficiently study.
My main complaint would have to be the parking situation. Which is more so the fault of the designer of the 680 Complex. There is a one-​way entrance on opposite sides of the block that meet in the middle and make you exit behind the building. It’s extremely difficult if you have to go all the way around if you miss a parking stall, but it’s even worse when people don’t know or forget that it is a one-​way lot!
Also forgot to mention that parking is ONLY ONE HOUR. Which sucks for people who need to study the entire day… Plus, regardless of the time limit, it’s so hard to find parking because all the stalls are FULL. Don’t bother trying to find street parking on Coral because those fill up quickly too.

This Starbucks always have sitting room. The people are nice and polite as well. There’s a lot of parking and places to eat within walking distance of you aren’t feeling the Starbucks food. This a great place to do homework or hangout with. The only bad part about this Starbucks that it close to the docks so the surrounding areas smell bad, so I wouldn’t want to sit outside. This isn’t the closest Starbucks to me but I would rather go here than the one on Manoa. They also have free wifi which is great and it’s pretty fast. Fast enough to stream Netflix if you want to procrastinate from doing homework!
But overall this is one of the nicest Starbucks, with lots of seating and outlets. The baristas are nice people who are welcoming.

This Starbucks is just horrible. I love my Starbucks and this has been the worse one I have ever been to. Nothing about this place has the Starbucks friendliness or welcoming feel.
There were two workers and no customer before me. Not even busy. I ordered one iced drink and the staff asked me to do her a favor. She asked me to put the milk out on the counter and bring the three other milk containers to her. I didn’t even need milk. Of course, I did it but was not happy. What worker would ask a paying customer to do their job. I can see if it’s busy and people were waiting for the milk for their coffee. I would be more than happy to do if it wasn’t busy.

I actually really like this Starbucks location because it’s not too busy and if it is then the line kinda moves down pretty fast. I am not going to talk what they have at Starbucks because I am already going to assume you already know what’s at Starbucks. That also goes for the prices. The staff and customer service is great. I came here several times in all three points of the day and everyone all seems on point. This is also a good place to kinda study and stuff if you need to. It’s not a big Starbucks but they do have a decent amount of table and seating areas inside and outside of the store. Sometimes I like coming here more preferable than the busy Ward locations
Location and Parking
It’s conveniently located in between Keawe St. and Coral St. on Ala Moana Blvd. If you are gonna drive then you just have to be aware that it is one hour parking slots. If you are on Ala Moana Blvd. heading towards Ala Moana side, you are going to make the left turn into Coral St. You cannot really miss it since it is also right next to the Illest store, Lankila Juice, Highway Inn, etc.

I get it… It’s hawaii, but they are way too slow here. I’ve been waiting in line for 10 minutes already and there were only 5 people in front of me.
The baristas are talking story behind the counter and the one taking the orders needs more training.
Please get it together. I shouldn’t have to wait 15 – 20 minutes for coffee when there are only 6 people in front of me.
