Tried the Korean Pancake mix that I picked up at one of a Blaisdell shows and it tasted like it was pure salt. Went to their booth at another exhibit and told them about it and they graciously gave me another bag. Well, tried it again tonight and again it tasted like pure salt. I even mixed it in another bag so it would mix better but no such luck. Save your money and high blood pressure, no quality control.

I received a couple bottles of Som’ Good Butteryaki Sauce as a gift. One of them was good, but the other appeared to be spoiled. The instructions say to «shake well» before opening. When I shook this bottle up, it foamed up like a pint of Guinness, and when I cracked the bottle top open it sounded like I was opening a soda pop and bubbles rushed to the top. I called Som’ Good from the mainland and some moke answered the phone. I asked him if it was safe to use or if it had spoiled, and he claimed he had never heard of this before. Instead of offering me a replacement, he said«Well, I don’t know what to tell you», so I told him I was going to throw it in the trash. I guess customer service is different in Hawaii than in the lower 48. Time to wash this shit off of my chicken. ALOHA.
