My husband and I had our first couples massage today and it was absolutely wonderful for both of us. I had Christie and my husband had YouYou and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. I had a deep tissue massage and Christie really did an amazing job working on my sore spots and making my back feel so much better! My husband had a Swedish massage and felt very relaxed! We will absolutely be going back! Thank you Smile Massage for a wonderful anniversary couples massage! It was wonderful. :-)

Pretty good deal 85 bucks for 100 min. Massage was great. Ask for Yaya. I slept through most of it. Super friendly staff.

My husband and I love coming here! Christy is friendly, professional, and always accommodates our schedule. It reminds me of our massages in China but in a more comfortable and much cleaner environment and even BETTER!!! I would highly recommend their service.

Had our 3^rd couples massage today, and we feel amazing. My fiancé, who is always in some sort of pain, left feeling completely pain free. I’ve been having hip pain, and it’s now completely gone. This place is the greatest, love the people, and I love how they always crack my neck. That has got to be my favorite part. We definitely plan on making this a part of our regular routine.

First off, thanks to those who post reviews as they’re very helpful. I decided to be a giver as well and not just a taker. So here goes. My wife and I wanted a couples massage. We wanted a romantic setting and session. After reading reviews, we chose Smile Massage and we are so happy we did.
The Century Bldg was easy to find, only about 2 miles from our Marriott Waikiki. Parking was easy, grab a ticket, they validate, $ 1 when exiting.
I was able to text before the massage to request that they not do any back or neck cracking/​adjustment, as some reviews stated, I asked them to keep it romantic with Swedish type massage. They did exactly as requested.
We arrived just before 8 pm. The owner met us at the door, had us leave our shoes and led us to our room. 36 floors up with an amazing view of Honolulu’s lights. You can choose towel or sheet, we chose towel as we are not uptight by any means. Yes, they massage your butt, big deal.
We made ourselves comfy and after about 5 – 10 min, in walks Ya Ya and Yu Yu, sisters from China. The massage began and for the next 70 min, (extra 10 for not buying a groupon) we experienced pure bliss. Both of us enjoyed our massage so much. They didn’t talk much, no door or phone interruptions, it was great.
When researching where to get our massage, we asked the spa at our Marriott about the cost of a massage. It was $ 120 per person for 50 min. Smile Massage is definitely the way to go. We paid $ 135 total for both of us and that included $ 10 tip for each therapist.
Couples, go with confidence and enjoy. I give our experience 5 stars. We will be back.

My husband and I had couples massage here last week. Worst massage experience ever!!! They’re just pinching and rubbing our back with vigorous amount of lotion and they focused on our butt… seriously??? Don’t waste your time and money here. Just look for something else…

Ok so I can say this place gives me mixed feelings. I really enjoyed most of my massage and the staff was very nice and made you feel welcomed and comfortable. The building its in is known to have or had «shady» businesses in it so considering this was my first time I was a little worried when we first got there.
My boyfriend booked us a couples massage with Yaya and Yuyu (hope that’s right) and they were great minus one thing. The back massage, back cracking and stretching was amazing! First time having this type of massage and I loved it.
My only complaint per say would be how close they got to mine and my boyfriends «private» area. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m all for the butt massage… that was fine but having another females hands so close to my boyfriends nuts kinda killed it for me at the end. I lost my comfort after that happened and I couldn’t relax.
To end, I will go back there but I will say before it starts not to get so close on either of us because minus that one thing… it was the best massage I’ve had in a long time. :)

Christie and Youyou gave me and my boyfriend the most amazing massages ever !!! We were surprised at first because we’ve never been to Hawaii and we randomly find a massage place last minute for a very good price. We were pleasantly greeted and Christie made us feel at home. She’s so sweet and personal, and her hands work like magic (my boyfriend says so). I 100% recommend this place. The room is clean and has a good view of the city ! Go there now !!!

The staff at Smile is always accommodating and friendly. I have been a return customer for about 5 months now and will keep coming back. Yu Yu and Ya Ya know how to hit the spot. I always feel relaxed after my visit. Great for locals and tourists alike. 10^th time over returned and always great service.

My wife and I booked a couples massage for our last day of vacation to Waikiki. We found a good deal so we ventured into Honolulu to go to Smile. After getting onto the beds we were notified that my masseuse was going to be late, so my wife got a few extra minutes of massage for free.
I’ve only had a few massages in my life, but this one was different. The technique they use is from Southeast Asia/​the Pacific Islands, so it’s like deep tissue combined with minor acrobatics. If my masseuse needed to get extra pressure on something, she just sort of climbed up on me. It’s not bad, it just caught me off guard.
The other thing that caught me off guard was the level of… comfort…the masseuses had. Again, I’m not an experienced massagee (massage getter?) but most of my previous massages have involved very little or no ass exposure and no, um, incidental contact. This had both! In the rankings of who has seen the most of my real estate in the last couple of years it goes my wife, my doctor, and Nicole. I’d like to make it clear that nothing was out of bounds, but in general, my reserved Midwestern upbringing didn’t really cover the etiquette of incidental scrotal contact or unintended anus exposure. Alas, Nicole didn’t seem bothered by it so maybe I’m just a prude.
The massage ended with an optional neck cracking which I took them up on and we were on our way after a brief sit and sip of tea. All in all, while it was a healthy step away from what I was used to, I left feeling very relaxed and a little bit like I owed my wife an apology, but that last one is just on me. We would most likely come back if we’re ever in Honolulu.

Oh goodness, this was an interesting massage. I’ve had quite a few massages in my day, all in Southern California. We found this place on Groupon offering a couples massage deal (oddly enough, when we called they asked us to cancel the Groupon and they’d give us the same deal, basically using it as advertising instead of Groupon getting it’s cut).
Since they’re located in a high-​rise, the view was great! We arrived on time for our couples massage and stripped down. After which, one masseuse came and and a manager? came in and said the other one would be late. So, I got a free 10 minutes while my husband laid naked in his bed waiting for his person to arrive. She did eventually.
While the massage was great, and relaxing and all that, a few things occurred that I definitely want to point out, as I’ve never had it occur at other massages here in SoCal. 1) The amount of back cracking seemed dangerous. I’ve definitely never had someone basically on top of me cracking my spine. 2) It got personal. Too much time spent in areas that don’t need… attention. Almost to an awkward point. 3) She forgot to turn on the music until about 15 minutes in.
I had Yaya and my husband had Nicole. I consulted with him after, and he also had the same-​ish pretty personal experience, so I guess that is what is normal here. We aren’t local, but if we were, we might come back since it’s pretty cheap and gets the job done. On the next one, I would have requested less back cracking and more muscle massaging.

I’ve had a couples massage and an individual massage by Yaya and I am now a converted loyal returnee. The combination of deep tissue and Thai massage is epic, and you even get your neck adjusted at the end of the massage. Strength and pressure is amazing and I appreciated her attentiveness to ensuring it was just right. Though business hours are ample, make an appointment to ensure you have access to the parking pass for the building.
I will be seeing Yaya again very soon!

My boyfriend and I have been coming in once a month, but now we want to come in once ever two weeks!!!
Yuyu and Yaya are our go to masseuses. They are so sweet and kind. As long as you tell them what kind of pressure you like, they’ll accommodate you.
I also love that it’s in an apartment, so it’s very quiet, and decorated very nicely.

Christie and Nicole gave us a couples massage. The business is in a very quiet business tower complex and the beach sounds and soft music block out any disturbing sounds.
The business is clean. Both Christie and Nicole were friendly and welcoming. Christie gave a hard, deep massage as requested, with no sign of tiring. She was very thorough. Nicole have the requested soft touch massage and was very mindful of the amount of pressure used.
They were willing to chit chat if we wanted, and we’re fun to talk to. When we wished to just be silent, they were silent.
A wonderful experience that brought us back again the next week.

My roommate and I have been going here every couple of weeks for the past year or so, since we discovered it. Ya Ya and You You are the two ladies that we always go to. They’re very sweet, and are excellent at what they do.
One thing that I actually really like, and thought was hilarious for a long time (still do, actually), is how much they focus on massaging your glutes. I never really thought a butt massage could be so enjoyable, but damn is it ever. (Who could’ve known that I’ve had all this stress locked up in my butt-​cheeks)
The prices are reasonable, and it’s totally worth the additional $ 20 to get an extra half hour. If you drive, you can get your parking validated in the building, and it only costs a dollar when you leave.
Be sure to call ahead so they can arrange the room (s) for you. That being said, I’ve never had trouble getting an appointment whenever I wanted one. I usually call in an hour before I want a massage, and they’ve always obliged.
So yeah, all-​in-​all 5 stars in my opinion. Try it out!

This was the me and my girlfriends first ever trip to Hawaii. We definitely wanted to go to a spa for a massage. Looking for one was easy, there were lots to choose from. However one caught our eye the most. (SMILE MASSAGE AND SPA!!) they had what we wanted at awesome rates! It was a couples massage and the setting came with a great view (36^th floor).
«Christie» was super friendly and had a great sense of humor! She gave me the best massage (honestly) I have ever had. My girlfriends masseuse was named YaYa. She was quiet, but my girlfriend said she gave one heck of a massage!
Bottom line, if you’re in town for business, vacation, any occasion really. This is the place to go! You will not regret it. Thank you Christie and YaYa! We will be back for sure :)

My son bought me a Groupon for Mothers Day, so I went to see what Smile Massage was all about. I did not know what to expect. I had «You You» as my masseuse, she was very good. She did not understand English too much, but there was another masseuse in the room working on my mom that spoke for her. This was ok with me as long as my message was understood. Initially You You did massage me too hard, but I just told her to go a little lighter and she did.
I had a great experience here and so did my mom. The parking situation was good as well. It’s very hard to find parking in this building, but they have an assigned stall that you can park while you are there. Parking is $ 1.
I will definantly come here again!

They’ll honor the Groupon prices even if you don’t buy the Groupon so don’t bother buying it. I was pleasantly surprised that they were were able to work with our schedules. My girlfriend called Smile at 10am and they were able to bring in 5 of us at 1pm. Awesome.
The view from the room is breathtaking. Lots of lush green and the gorgeous mountains. It was definitely relaxing and exactly what I needed after Koko Head kicked my ass. Lol. They offer several styles but I opted for the combo. She really worked on my problem areas, which I appreciated.
I didn’t like it when she tried to talk to me a few times about what I do for a living and what I did for Halloween; it sort of interrupted my relaxation. I think the manager/​owner was also taking care of me so she picked up a couple of phone calls in the middle of my massage. I didn’t really like that neither.
Overall I had a good experience. The ladies are great.
