Signature Eyebrows

I am Sicilian so aside from the great features, it comes with a lot of hair. I have waxed my eyebrows many times and always get clowned on by my friends because it looked like a woman. I always went to the traditional Asian nail salons etc. I met Liza and thought she was pretty cool. She has been doing my eyebrows now for 5 years and it always looks natural and never red like the other places I went to. She makes me feel comfortable and is a joy to chat with during my visits.
If your a guy reading this feel free to reach out to me, I will vouch for Liza all day long. I have been trying to get my mom hooked up with her to do the permanent makeup. When a Sicilian refers their own Mother, you know it’s trustworthy.

l have been going to Liza for years, followed her since she was at Nordstrom! She does a great job and my brows always look good. She really knows how to shape them and never over tweezes or makes them too thin. Awesome service!

Liza is amazing! I’ve been a loyal customer for many years for many reasons. Liza always does an amazing job on my brows and I always walk away more than happy with the waxing, shaping and tinting. She works around my crazy schedule and will find a way to work me in when I call at the last minute or need a little touch up for an event. I often receive compliments on my brows and only have Liza to thank as it’s definitely not anything to do with me. Everyone should have a great brow girl and I’m lucky that Liza is mine!

Its been such a LONG TIME since I have been this HAPPY with any service that I have had done! I can NOT express how Happy I am with the work she did! And coming from a Medical Background how much I appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail as to prevent cross contamination! Due to good reviews of Liza Neginskaya I decided to get an eye liner tattoo with her. She did it at my house which I thought was pretty convenient but now I understand was a very bad idea. Liza brought over her 2 dogs which at first I thought was OK. However they kept jumping on me back and force while I was lying there with my eyes shut and neither I nor Liza were able to stop them from doing it. One of the dogs pooped in the room, stepped in it and when jumping on me made my dress dirty. Now looking back I understand that it was all pretty unsanitary and unprofessional. I have developed a pretty bad eye infection within 24 hours and it cost me more than $ 500 to treat it.
The minute clinic doctor at Longs who saw me first refused to prescribe me anything fearing I had a more serious problem than just a pink eye. I had to schedule an emergency visit with an optometrist who told me I had a lengthy and painful treatment ahead of me and that at the end, my vision could be affected.
One more thing I realized is that the cream that Liza gave me to apply to my eye lids was expired almost 2 years ago… plus it says «avoid contact with eyes». Picture attached. My fault for not reading it because I completely trusted Liza…
Edit: After seeing this review, Liza contacted me asking to delete it and in return offering to cover my medical expenses related to the eye infection. However I do not agree with this because reviews on Unilocal should not be bought. Now I wonder if she has done this before. It saddens me greatly that she does not admit any fault and accuses me of doing something wrong. She does not think her dogs jumping on the client during the procedure is a big deal and she never commented on the expired cream that she instructed me to put on my eye lids every day that should never be used around eyes.

Liza is awesome. Very friendly and proffesional. She really takes her time to give you the perfect looking eyebrows. She takes time to teach you and explain how to shape and fill your brows the right way. I love her work. I would definitely recommend her.

My first order of business when I moved to Oahu was to find an eyebrow specialist. I tried numerous salons in Kailua and left disappointed every time. And then I found Liza!!! I am so happy I found her and her amazing skills! She really takes the time to explain what she is doing, and she makes sure that the eyebrow shape fits your face. I love that she didn’t make them super thin and the subtle shading makes them look even more amazing. She also uses a soybean product (not wax) which is antibacterial and anti microbial, so no breakouts. Thank you Liza for saving my eyebrows :)

ELiza is the best, she is super professional, super nice and really good at cleaning, shaping and filling in Eye Brows.
