I recently received the most beautiful engagement ring from my wonderful fiancé! I have to admit that I wasn’t much help when he started looking for a ring for me. The truth is, I didn’t really have any particular kind of ring in mind. All I knew was that I liked simple and a princess cut. With not much to go off of, my fiancé went straight to Hans to find the ring.
My fiancé’s family has been shopping here for years (for great reason). He told me that the process was very enjoyable and both Hans and Aja are very accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly! Hans gladly helped my fiancé pick out the diamond while explaining to him the different quality categories and what to look for when choosing a diamond. There was a huge catalog selection for him to choose from and Hans is able to find any kind of piece of jewelry you are looking for!
With all that being relayed to me as I was not at all involved in the selection/​decision making process, I must admit that the ring he picked out from Sasaki Jewelers is beyond perfect! It was the simple, elegant, and beautiful ring I never knew I wanted! The platinum band, smaller diamonds, and main diamond quality is out of this world flawless! It’s been two weeks and I still stare at it all day. I get compliments every single day on it! There’s even free lifetime cleanings which in itself is so selfless! I went to a few different jewelry shops looking for an engagement ring and then also wedding bands. My experience at Sasaki were far and beyond any of my experiences anywhere else. I won’t say the other stores I went to but they were big and well known. It seemed the other places were constantly pressuring me into spending more money on diamonds and more expensive metals. It got really annoying, especially when they pretend to just want the best for your fiancé and not their pockets.

It was all about what I wanted and what was within my budget. They will gladly give you their opinions which I always respect and appreciate since they know their field well. I felt Aja had great insight on pretty styles, what might be popular, and other things relevant to what I wanted. Hans offers his years of experience in the business in not only what works but what makes sense. They make a great team and compliment each other well.
Shopping at the other places was like shopping at a car dealership and the only person there for you is you. Shopping at Sasaki truly felt like you were shopping with family. It’s very comfortable every time I go in there and I never feel afraid to ask them any questions or for their honest opinions.
My fiancé loves the diamond we got from there and I also ordered a wedding band too, which I have no doubt will be great.

Amazing service!!! Hans and Aja made me feel so comfortable. He helped me pick out the setting of my dreams. It was exactly how I pictured it in my head. After I picked the initial setting, my boyfriend took over. Hans was amazing with communicating with my boyfriend and never making him feel pressured. We are extremely happy and can’t wait to meet with Hans and Aja again to get my setting and my fiancé’s ring.

Met with Hans a couple days ago. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable! We decided to buy a wedding band from him. He is also helping us resize a diamond wedding band as well. The site was a little hard to find, but definitely well worth it. I would definitely suggest going to him instead of big mall chains :)

Hans and Aja are wonderfully committed to making sure you are getting the highest quality and best service. When my fiancé proposed, he left the ring completely up to me (smart man knows I am particular). I wanted to take a ring left to me by my mother and re-​design it into something completely unique. With the unusual (and fragile) stone I had, I knew I could only trust one person. The resulting ring is fabulous, beautifully done by the metal smith they work with, and the additional sidestones purchased from Sasaki are exquisite. All the other items in the cases are drool worthy, too. Nothing like the experience of shopping at a chain jewelry store in the mall. Well worth the trip. Advisable to call ahead of your visit, as they spend a lot of one on one time with clients.

We went searching all over looking at rings, even to the mainland. Who knew that the best place for us was the place closest to home and the same place many other family members purchased their wedding rings at? Hans and his daughter Asia helped us find the best setting and diamond that fit my budget. The Girlfriend (now The Fiancée) picked out a wonderful setting, which I like much better than the one I would have picked out. in addition, the quality of the diamond is above those you would find at a regular retail outlet. Plus free ring cleaning for life anytime.
