Renaissance Carpet Cleaning

The carpet was pretty stained and I wanted to clean up the carpet and couch a bit. The price quoted was pretty reasonable…
End result… the carpet was cleaner than I started… it was okay. That was after paying an extra $ 20 for «deeper cleaning.» The thing that pissed me off was that the guy left my floors wet AND dumped the dirty water all over the bathroom floor. I called the company once I figured out that the guy dumped and ran. They had the guy call back and he asked if I wanted him to come back and clean it… I said no that if he made the mess all he had to do was ask for a towel or acknowledge that he poured it on the floor. Some mumblings like a sorry and that was the end of that experience.
Wouldn’t use or recommend again.
