Regal Bakery

This is a great place and they even have live entertainment! You can’t go wrong with Regal Bakery. Their food is super good and the portions are big! The doughnuts are incredible. I much prefer Regal Bakery’s style of doughnuts over the big chain kind.

Any bakery that can do a personalized doughnut message is excellence in my book! I special ordered a happy bday set of doughnuts for my hubby and not only did they come out superb they tasted delicious and were absolutely one of a kind!

I personally am not a pastry fanatic/​person, so when it comes to doughnuts I will be the one to pass on the offer. My first time discovering this place was due to the variety of donuts they have. From Kellogs, to maple bacon all types of crazy things. So I decided to try this place for this first time and I didn’t care for it. If I’m going to eat a donut on those rare occasion I prefer a yeast doughnut only because it’s not dry. This place has alot of cake donuts or dry donuts, and they make up for the dryness by adding crazy things to catch a person’s eye not their stomach. Like they say never judge a book by its cover, never judge a doughnut by its glaze. Long story short most of the pastries that are sold here are not to my liking.
Not only do they sell pastries but they also sell food. I gave up on the doughnuts and decided to try their milk tea and have a meal here. I came with my mother whom ordered bacon, eggs, and rice which one would think how can you mess up bacon and eggs it’s just ridiculous. My mother’s food came out right after we had ordered and we thought wow that was fast. After having a bite we soon realized why it was fast. The bacon that they use is very very thin slides and they basically cook it until it’s borderline burnt, and then slap some cold eggs (that’s were cooked wrong we requested over easy and it came back over hard) and white rice and with no shame brought it over for us to eat. My mother was so hungry she tried to just eat but couldn’t stomach the food and was only able to eat less than half of her meal. I also has a bite and thought the bacon tasted like nasty jerky. I had the won ton mein, and honestly it was all right but it was like zippys won ton mein. Their milk teas are all right, not the best but not the worst definitely edible.
The only reason they are getting 3 stars from me is because the customer service. Everytime I come here the workers are always attentive and ready to answer any questions that I have. So again for me the food and doughnuts are a definite no but the drinks if I’m in the area I would definitely order again.

I went here for the first time recently and tried their June special, a rocky road chocolate cake donut. It was pretty yummy. I don’t normally like cake donuts, but this one was pretty good. It wasn’t too cakey/​dense. It had a good texture, fairly moist and chewy. I’d like to come back to try more.

Horrible costumer service!!! So called boss lady doesn’t know what she’s doing. My guests consistently didn’t get what they ordered. Lady is horrible! She doesn’t know what costumer service is. I would not recommend this place to any one ever again. I was generous with my time, talent, co-​hosting of events and brought in a lot of business for this place… with nothing in return. yet when I wanted to order food. they refused to service me? What? Good riddance. I rather not return to this restaurant ever again! Screw Regal Bakery!!!

Poor service had to remind them about my order. I paid then sat patiently waiting for it then I had to remind them about he order.

Served us spoiled chicken wings. When we asked for a refund or replacement, they refused by citing their no return policy. Manager was extremely rude and emotional. They insisted the taste was due to the garlic but the food was clearly spoiled. They were irate (THEY!) what a joke.
My family has never been treated with such disrespect. Stay away from this place. Cannot meet health code!

Always a clutch place for pastries. Anything more than that I wouldn’t recommend. A little pricey but quick.

Donut selection is always pretty good, they offer savory and sweet and bunch of weird combinations like Orange Cream or the Oscar mint. I wish the workers here would be more mindful of closing the glass case however. I’ve seen flies in the case from time to time, yuck.
Drinks made here include your usual bubble drinks, espresso and coffee and fraps.
This location also offers a wide selection of food. Hot pot is their newest menu item.
Other hot foods include Shoyu chicken, pot roast pork, hamburger steak and breakfast specials.
