This business does not allow returns on non-​personalized jewelry, another words the simple «stock» jewelry any other jewelry store would also carry. What reputable company this day in age does not allow returns? Are they hiding something? Do they not believe in their product enough to stand behind it with an up to date return policy that EVERY company under the sun, (jewelry or other wise), has these days? I’m just saying.

The best hawaiian jewelry place around. Service and quality are the best! I’ve bought several pieces thru the years and never once thought about returning anythng. I found this is the best among the islands. I would highly recommend to anyone, a bit pricey but the quality is at its highest! As they say you pay for what you get.

The best place to find custom Hawaiian heirloom jewelry! The Honolulu team is extremely responsive and accommodating. I was able to order exactly what I wanted (over the phone) and it arrived quickly. PLUS I never have to worry about their quality or workmanship.
