When you first walk into Pandora right by the entrance are booths where people can sit and Then as you walk in you’ll see the bar. Our first time here we just wanted some alcohol and to sing the night away. We didn’t think there were any rooms available but we got lucky and got a room all to ourselves. The lady helping us i think her name was Arlene was so sweet! She put us into the international room, and went over how to use the karaōke. We had asked her if we could switch rooms because this room had majority of Korean music and we were wanting American 90’s she told us once the other room was free she would move us. About 15mins later when the other room cleared up she did what she said and moved us and cleaned the other room for us quickly. So we came here after coming from Mai tais happy hour so we didn’t order any food just drinks. We had ordered a yogurt soju which costed $ 20 kinda pricy I’ve been to other places where it’s only $ 15 but hey what’s karaōke without drinks? So the yogurt soju I didn’t really like it was kind of watery so it took us forever to finish the bottle. Since this was our second stop we didn’t really order much and just sang the night away. For the karaōke rooms they do not charge you to use the rooms BUT they charge$ 1/per song. I was okay with it but being that I do not carry cash with me it was a big problem. Good thing the other people in our party had $ 1 so we were able to stay for about 10 songs. The only thing I didn’t like about the karaōke here is the remote control for the songs. It’s really hard to operate and very confusing, even though Arlene showed us 2x. I guess we were that buzzed lol. One thing that I didn’t like about this place was the bathroom. It was so awkward because it’s in the corner and the womans bathroom is right next to the men’s bathroom, so you can basically see the whole bathroom from outside while walking past. The akward part is there was a big mirror in the guys bathroom right by the urinal so if a guy was peeing and a girl walked past she would be able to see everything which is super akward. I just noticed that on my multiple trips to the bathroom I did not see anything or anyone fyi. Lastly the customer service was awesome last night, we were continously checked on by all the staff and we’re offered assistance by all the waitresses. We all definitely had a lot of fun last night and will be back in the new future.

Hello everyone. There is a rumor that Pandora Café is closing but it is far from closing down. Renovations have already started beginning with a brand new AC in the Karaōke Rooms and more to come. Service has greatly improved with the new additions of the brand new staff. Cleanliness, service, and food is their utmost priority.

I love this place, the first time I’ve ever been here was on my 21st birthday and the whole night was awesome! So we came back a month later on a Saturday night for no occasion. The employees are super friendly and try their best to help you with anything even when they’re busy! We kept bothering them to switch over from karaōke to the aux cord and they came with no hesitation! The karaōke songs are a $ 1, they need to update their song book a little but it’s cool. Our servers that night was Arlita & Jay and they were the bomb! The owner Rylo also came in a couple times to check if we needed anything and thanked us for coming there! And I love that when they personally check on customers!

Food was great! But the waiters are immature and ignorant. Tried to explain to them the karaōke system not working. She insisted we were wrong & that we didn’t put money into the machine. Long story short, the machine ate some of our funds & the girl didn’t even apologies or at least admit her wrong. Smh. It’s whatevers! The food was good though.

Amazing service tonight. Our waiter was friendly, prompt, and accommodating. He suggested some menu items that were of the best value for our dollar — the«large» mini poke donburi which comfortably fed three. It was easy to enjoy our Sunday night with a pitcher of blue moon(with orange juice instead of orange peels) and karaōke.

Food is pretty good, but the waiters arent that great. We waited for our drinks for almost 15 mins, they also charge to use there Aux cord, and instead of the waiters helping us the bouncer helped us. So i dont think we’ll be going there anytime soon.

When you first walk in, you don’t expect them to have good food but you’ll be surprise. They have a sushi chef and he makes delicious sushi rolls. Try the lobster dynamite. They also have oysters. Their soju is yummy and stronger than other places but not too strong. The staff is friendly and accomodating.

The waiter is super rude. I asked what kind of import beer they had and nothing studied good … After he was irritated by having to tell me. So I asked do you have kona long board? He said that’s craft. I said I’m aware of that. You didn’t have imports I liked so now I’m asking you if you if you have kona long board… He walked away and brought a menu that was ok I guess.

Too much underage kids here. How do I know? I’ve seen a relative of mine here one night l, who is underage. Asked how he got in, told me that this place is the spot for underage kids to drink. Apparently the bartenders and servers don’t bother to check ID and just serve anyone. Nothing but rowdy underage kids at this bar. Hope liquor commission cracks down on this place!

Great place for anything. From a casual drink with friends to a big party Pandora Café is always at the top of my list. Darts, karaōke, food, and drinks they have it all. Service is great, as I’ve come to expect from them. Jon and Kanako were my servers this New Year’s day and orders were put in promptly and received quickly. I know the menu well but my friends don’t and they laid it all out on the table. The best deals and most popular dishes. Speaking of the food, their dishes never disappoint. From the Cy Roll to my favorite, the spicy ahi don, everything is more than enough for your drunk munchies.

I went here for karaōke with a small group. We were able to get a reservation easily a day ahead. The song selection was okay, only English and some Hawaiian. It was disappointing that they only had one song book in the room and it was by title. The karaōke machine was easy to use, though. The food was okay, we got mandoo and a kimchee pancake. The food was expensive, but drinks were reasonable. Karaōke cost $ 1 per song, as opposed to renting the room, so it was very reasonably priced.

Walking in I didn’t know what to expect especially seeing on IG that it’s there 4th year anniversary. The place was packed early. But being by myself they gave me my own booth. #thoughtful The waitresses and the staff were very attentive. The crowd was pretty mixed but everyone seemed to be having a good time. Would definitely come here again. Standard prices are a bit on the higher side but drinks(alcoholic) were reasonable.

I am giving one star to the bartender Vanessa because she was the only one who treated me as if I weren’t an outcast there. And one star to my waitress who was also very sincere to us and tried her best. Ok I came here after an event with a few friends. This was MY first time here but the employees seemed to know my friends I was with so I figured this place must not be too bad. I asked if we could sing karaōke there and one rude employee said«oh are you with them» and I said well yea and he was like«well then i guess». I thought to myself geez so if I weren’t with them would I have been able to sing karaōke. So we sat down and we all had a few drinks and ordered some food then my friends that the employees knew had left but we were still socializing and drinking a bit more. We had stepped out to go with my friend to keep her company while she smokes her stogie and our other friends were still sitting down but eventually came out afterwards. Mind you we still had full drinks on the table along with my bfs food. We were outside for maybe 5 min and came back in to find that they completely cleaned off our WHOLETABLE. We then asked the waitress what happened to our food and our drinks she said she thought we left. How are you gona think we left when we haven’t even paid yet? We could’ve easily just walked out without paying our tab. The waitress apologised to us multiple times and I was very grateful for that because she seemed sincere and she felt really bad. The manager ended up giving us new drinks but as for the food it wasn’t replaced so we lost money on that. I think we should’ve gotten our drinks back and possibly a discount for them throwing out our food. Im pretty sure that there were still a few pieces of hamachi sashimi left on the plate and it got thrown away. Anyways we ended up getting new drinks and I Am grateful for that. Besides all that happening that wasn’t even the cherry on top the cake. One of the employees a male was just sniffing some kind of drugs up his nose and to me that just made me feel like this place is definitely not for me. Doing drugs publicly. That made me feel completely uncomfortable. After seeing that I am not sure if i will ever return to this place. Its crazy that this happens so openly with an almost full bar. I had high hopes for this place but unfortunately this was my first and last time here.

I absolutely love this place! Some of the best looking workers around. The girls are all drop dead gorgeous and the guys are all extremely hard working. The food menu just got a big update so you can get your grub on! Take your pic from sushi to a delicious steak on a hot stone plate comes out sizzling to perfection. There’s also karaōke rooms in the back which are free! Only a dollar per song can you beat that?!? If that isn’t your cup of tea you can play darts which is Phoenix darts near the back of the place. I recommend some of the awesome yogurt soju drinks they have there. This isn’t your typical bar so don’t be off putted by the location and outside. I actually wandered in here for the first time a few years ago and I’ve been back almost every week since then. Have a drink and enjoy yourself let loose and have a chat with one of the lovely workers.

First thing that struck me about Pandora was the ice cold AC. While I shivered initially, once I got a couple drinks in me and some disco dancing going I was glad it was keeping me from sweating. The staff is excellent. Great fun group of folks and put up with our raucous group graciously. They tended to our every need as we crudely opened Pandora’s Box. The various sushi options were good as well as the two chicken dishes we got. Parking was a little tricky, if you can’t find street parking there’s a pay lot in the back that is convenient but $ 8. I later moved my car across the street after time expired. Bottomline it’s a good midling karaōke type bar with better than average food.

Circled past this place tryna find the parking lot, which is tiny and located behind the building. The lounge/bar area was nicer than I’d expected. They even have a little sushi bar area in there. Really liked the service. We were greeted once we walked in, even showed to an available table while we waited for a karaōke room. Food was average priced but tasted delicious. Got the adobo fried rice, spicy ahi roll, and chicken karaage. Drinks weren’t bad either. The karaōke room was ok. It was spacious with disco lights, but still a tad run down. And one of the speakers was somehow connected to the room next to us so we would hear them singing if our song wasn’t playing loud enough. We had told the attendant about it and even he couldn’t figure it out. Overall, I would definitely come back. The karaōke room was a small set back but not enough to keep me away.

Definitely a chill spot to hang out. They only charge $ 1 per song and they had an AUX card to play your own music while you wait to choose a song. Coffee and melon soju are a must get from there. I wish the seats were a little more comfor

Our client wanted to throw a big end of project party for our workers so he carefully planned out and choose to celebrate here. It’s hidden behind the new Walgreens on keeaumoku, right next to kickin cajun. There’s street parking and a small parking lot behind the building. I don’t actually know how much the parking is cuz the café agreed to help us out with parking since we were planning to have such a big group. We ended up having 40, maybe 50 people max. The restaurant was superrrrrr accommodating to our group. We took up practically all the tables and the back area near the darts. The waiters and waitresses were wonderful! They always asked if we wanted more drinks or food and were really friendly about everything! And they didn’t seem stressed out or confused at all with all the people throwing orders at them. They have a wide variety of food from your typical finger foods to Korean to Japanese! I remember eating Korean squid, chicken karaage, lobster dynamite roll, crunchy shrimp roll, deep fried oysters, salt and pepper steak, kalbi and… I think that’s it!!! Lol! Everything was cooked as you order. The difficult thing is that it takes a while to get to your table but sooo worth it cuz everything is hot and fresh when you get it! Prices are pretty average. I don’t know if I’d come all the way from home just to go to this place but I would definitely stop by if I was already in town! Almost forgot to mention they have karaōke rooms in the back! The songs are $ 1 a song and the room we had was huge. Could probably fit 20 people who know each other well… 12 – 15 if you’re not that familiar with everyone. Lol. Overall a fun place to hang on a Friday night and if you arrange with them ahead of time I’m sure they would love to accommodate any big groups or special occasions. The food is more of a 4 star but I gave the extra star for how nice they treated us :)

Been here a few times in the past. I always thought it was MEH here. Service is usually slow. Although I do like the food and music here. THEGRUB: WHOLECHIKCEN — Don’t get your hopes up now! It’s not the whole chicken that you get at the supermarket. This one comes chopped up and with side daikon and salt/pepper. OYSTERS — come with 5 pieces. Now I can’t promise how they will turn out every time, BUT my experience here the other night… THEYWEREAMAZING. Super fresh & clean. VERYVERYVERYDELISH! I was absolutely amazed how good the oysters were. SUSHIROLL — We got some ‘crazy ahi roll’ or something like that. It was HORRIBLE. Just tasted like it was being drowned in sriracha sauce. Simply horrible.
